Ummm open up the .set file and then ust fill this out

 

|Name|1|Set Name here|Type/Effect(sub-type or Synchro/Ritual/Fusion)/(Effect if not placed before)|Attribute|Number in Set|Attack|Defense|Effect|

 

Umm to open up the .set file just go to Written Cards download Yangninja's YVD converter thing, in the tutorial click on the Kuriboh and copy and paste them to the .set file nevermind the clipboard...
