I want to build a Deck based on annoying the opponent so much he either wants to quit or surrender.

 

A Perfect Circle Deck.

Something like...

 

3x Magicians Valkyria

3x Decoyroid

3x Command Knight

3x Marauding Captain

NOTE: These cards are my personal "Perfect Circle" cards. If two of them on the field, the opponent cannot attack. :D If two Decoyroids are on the field, they can't attack. Because it directs it at the other for eternity. XD Same with everything else there.

 

3x Wave Motion Cannon

NOTE: Burn works well in this Deck, because whilst they cant attack and you can, you can slowly erode them to dust

1x Swords of Revealing Light

The essential classic.

3x Secret Village of the Spellcasters

If you go for a Spell Spam theme, you use this Spell Lockdown ultimate card to stop the opponent completely, and to top it off with a Royal Decree.

lol I made Zerasworns ... it's beastly. Use Zerato for monster nuke you can just reuse this effect since it doesn't have a limit for how many times you can use it ... also even if I don't have Sanctuary in the Sky I can still use his effect it just doesn't blow up my opponent. Abuse?
