yes it is an improvement. though I agree the world is doomed for a full all power attack from both Naruto and Sasuke. It would either destroy half the world or the entire world.

Makes me think back to the technical first time sasuke and naruto fought. remeber the one kakashi stepped in after the two of them were seperated from both of their attacks? well I laughed at the thought from sasuke when he saw what damage naruto caused...perfect lol material for it. He was so astonished and so mad that he wasnt as strong.
