Here's a little card I put together;

 

Name: Sword of the Dragon Flame

Type: Equip Spell

Rare Level: Rare

Effect: The Equipped monster gains 100 ATK points for each Dragon Type Monster in the graveyard. In addition, the equipped monster can attack 1 additional time for each Dragon Type monster you control. If this card is destroyed, Destroy the Equipped monster.

Sorry. Still tired. It's 8:08 where I am right now. Great card. I'd limit it to, say, Warriors and Spellcasters, 'cause I see Hopeless Dragon abusing this so hard. But, pretty good. 8.5/10.
