Oh damn it. Does he at least ease up compared to the beginning of the game?

Not really' date=' the party quotes his stupid hero saying at least 3 times near the end of the game.

[spoiler=About end cutscene dialogue']One of those being near the end of the final cutscene.

**So if anything he stays the same and manages to rub his idiocy off on everyone else, even Lightning.

BEHOLD; LIGHTNING IN THE FLESH

http://www.cosplay.com/costume/268374/

Amazing cosplayer is amazing <3

...Just had to show you people.

ahh

She even has down the hair.

Perfecto o:

She said it took her numerous times to get her hair color down right -- to gleam pink in sunlight, but have a blonde tint in the shade.

I love cosplay dedication~

Ah, you stole my next name change x3

Also, on what you said previously on characters, my favorite is Lightning. She's just a very strong women character, pyschically and mentally.

After that, Vanille makes my day~ Her accent is glorious.

I'm also fond of Serah. But I wish she'd chose someone better than Snow. He annoys me.

[spoiler=Edgar Crow's Journey through Rapture, Prelude]

Throughout the years 1957 and 1965 I had taken upon myself the occupation of traveling gentleman, and had eagerly set out to explore the world with a youthful vigor remarkable to my early years. Due to a few well placed investments I was able to obtain transportation at my leisure, and do so with great luxury. However, the world will not reveal itself through the windows of a suite, so in 1960 I boarded the SS Malcolm with reservations for one of the cramped bunks in the hull. The liner's destination was to Morocco, where I would be delighted to revel in the spices and exotic flavour of that region.

I was up on the deck enjoying a cigarette and admiring the view. In my hand was clasped a package from a female acquaintance in Boston, who I hoped to be in my arms by the end of the season after my trip to Morocco. When suddenly, disaster struck.

The ship suddenly, inexplicably, spontaneously combusted.

It seemed though, at least. As I was flung from the deck I heard the distinct sound of an airplane and the ocean pulled me down. As I was pulled down and air rushed out of my lungs, I noticed that in the explosion I cracked my monocle.

I was very cross about that.

I almost lost my hat to the unforgiving sea, but I managed to grab it and place it into a death grip. It then occurred to me it might be a mighty good idea to get to the surface.

I fought my way up, noticing a lady's purse floating downwards. Debris was scattered all around me and quickly plummeting downward. I would have none of that, and found my way to the surface.

A lot of things seemed to be on fire.

I looked around, it seemed almost hopeless to find a way to dry land, being in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. So I looked to the heavens for guidance and instead found an enormous lighthouse in good swimming distance. I could manage quite a brisk breast stroke on the university swimming team, and crammed my hat onto my throbbing head and swam toward the strange structure. It suddenly occurred to me that it was surprising that there weren't more plane debris scattered around, with that enormous monolith clogging up the skyline.

I reached the cold stone steps and readjusted my hat. There I was, on dry- er, wet land. My clothes were soaking wet, my monocle was chipped and my hat was crumpled and dripping. Of course, I would catch my death of cold just standing around on that cold precipice, so I opened the door into the strange structure. It was pitch black, but lights sprang on in my arrival.

I looked around, dazed. It was quite nice for the hosts to turn the lights on for me, and I was wondering when their valet would fetch me a warm mug of tea. I waited patiently but no one came. I was quite annoyed at this inhospitable behavior, and I had half the mind to lodge a complaint. With this in mind, I walked huffily down the stairs to demand a reason for this childish behavior when I gasped in horror and saw an enormous metallic monstrosity looming towards me. Then I realized it was just my chipped monocle distorting it and I threw the blasted thing away.

In front of me stood a large metallic submarine, with rather cozy seats. My curiosity piqued, I stepped into the sphere. Leaning against a surface, I triggered a lever that shut the doors and sent the submarine descending into the depths.

Well, this is quite exciting. Perhaps this submarine leads to some sort of rescue facility, set up by a band of intrepid mariners to protect stranded survivors like myself from the clutches of the sea? Or a lair of a band of wicked pirates who nobody has seen until--

Oh dear.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear oh dear.

Hulking submarine buildings, lonely corridors, bad Australian accents and is that a giant robot over there? Oh dear. Hey, wait just a minute. Enormous submarine monoliths looming over the depths of the ocean? Fish swarming everywhere? The middle of the Atlantic Ocean? Enormous hulking monolith appearing suddenly from the sea?

Bugger, I'm in R'lyeh.

I rented Bioshock yesterday and I felt like doing a sort of Let's Play (except without any pictures) for it. The narration is told in the viewpoint of Edgar Crow, a character of mine. I'll probably update whenever I feel like it.

And Snow's pretty good~

Rox, you should edit the first post to put an Exclamation Point mark on this thread. That will make it easier to find it in the list of threads now that it's unstuck.

Also, I know you're putting them in Spoilers, Supernova, but it's kinda bugging me that you keep spoiling XIII at all. =/ Can't you at least keep that in the damn game thread?

Lovely. I'm looking less forward to Snow.

Wouldn't it just be easier to not talk about FFXIII here and save that for the Thread in Games?

That way, we don't get spoiled?

Is it really that much of a surprise that Snow stays a arrogant jerk-off through the entire game? I didn't think it was that severe of a spoiler to talk about him...a bigger spoiler I know better not to post is stuff like Lightning's real name ect. >_>

If it bothers you that much I'll be more careful about what I post when a subject is brought up. =)

Well, it sort of is. Some of us may have been hoping for some more adequate character development for him, after all.

Basically, what it comes down to is that most of us don't have as much free time as you apparently did, so we haven't finished the game yet. At least wait a couple of months before open discussion of everything takes place.

Name (The name you would like to be called in this club): Bassa

Species (Heartless/Nobody?): Nobody

Square-Enix games you've played/own: FF VII, FF VII Crisis Core, FF X, FF XIII.

I really want to be accepted this time as I have improved my grammer in the way PR said, (He said to capitilise all my I's, which I do so).

Yet you spell "Grammar" wrong.

=/ Somehow, I find it hard to believe you'd jokingly misspell grammar when you were trying to be taken seriously as a re-applicant.

Anyhow, I'll leave my call up in the air. Lar and Rox can handle this one.

@Sub Leaders: =P I'm sure we appreciate your gusto very much, but do bear in mind that when we ARE here and not on some leave of absence, you guys don't need to deny applicants for us. ^^;

Of course, please do so if the applicant is just so obviously atrocious. >=D

This is why I need to keep working my way up.

And you know how everyone likes to deny/whip/delete apps, even with you all online.
