I have the closest thing to Accel Synchros right now in my YVD Sets. All you have to do is make the card a regular synchro and put "Accel Synchro" in it's name.

Accell Synchros are still tagged as "Synchro".

Just, one of the Synchro monsters is also /Tuner], and your allowed to Synchro Shokan during the opponent's turn.

Accel synchros and Dark Synchros are only from the Anime, but if stores can do Dark Synchros, why not Accel Synchros?

Accel Synchros have no actual class preffix at the moment. They are still listed as Synchro monsters. Unlike the other anime-only variant, Dark Synchros; an Accel Synchro monster's first line of 'effect' will read:

 

[Type/Synchro/Effect]

 

Because they are Synchro monsters.

Accel Synchro monsters are still synchros so the frame should be white.
