Here's a little card I put together just now;

 

Name: Blue Eyes Tune Dragon

Type: Dragon/Tuner

Rare Level: Super Rare

Level: 4

Attribute: Light

ATK/DEF: 1800/1000

Effect: If this card destroys an opponents monster as a Result, Special Summon 1 "Blue Eyes White Dragon" from your deck in Face-up Defense Position. Monsters Special by this card effect cannot attack or change their battle Positions, except by Card Effect, and are destroyed at the end of the turn.

 

Name: Blue Eyes Crystal Dragon

Type: Dragon/Synchro/Effect

Rare Level: Ultra Rare

Level: 8

Attribute: Light

ATK/DEF: 3000/2500

Effect: "Blue Eyes Tune Dragon" + "1 or more non Tuner Monsters"

This card may attack twice per turn. If this card Destroys an opponents monsters as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the Original ATK points of the Destroyed monster.
