NOTE: NOT ALL OF THE BELOW IS HISTORICALLY ACCURATE.

Introduction:

Berlin 1919.

The soldiers are coming home, Germany did not lose shamelessly, for the first time, a single nation, had faced the entire world, and held it's ground. Yet it's all an illusion, no allied soldier stepped foot on Germany, but it's economy... bankrupt, destitute.

With the Allies are discussing in Versailles, the German people could only wonder what would be the fate of their nation. Would it fall to Communist Rebellion? Would the country's New Democratic government, unstable, and powerless, fall to Martial Law?

Erich Erhard is a Austrian - German, who lives in Berlin, at age 17, is attending Berlin University as an economist. He hopes to find a solution, to what is looming, the Great Depression...

[spoiler=Chapter 1 - Declaration at Versailles]

Versailles, June 28, 1919.

"... Germany will surrender the lands of Alsace and Lorraine, partition of the Rhineland, for 15 years. The Germans cannot have a military of over 10,000 men. No more than 6 Battleships as navy. German territory in Asia is returned to China, African territories returned France. 132 billion Reich marks is to be paid to the Allies as reparations for the war."

"That's the final treaty?" called a voice from the end of the room.

"Yes, Baron Keynes, that is the final treaty, signed by all four allied leaders ready for Germany."

"That's absolutely preposterous! You don't want them to have a military, how are they going to defend themselves? You don't want them to have a navy, how are they going to trade? On top of that, you want 132 BILLION Marks from a country that's effectively bankrupt? Are you mad?"

"Keynes! This is no place for this, you can take your anger outside of the palace."

"You can take your lust there too!"

"Guards, please remove this man..., get him out! It is not appropriate for him to be here."

They came, but Keynes stood still, unwilling to move, and finally, when he was overpowered, he retorted.

"Lloyd, you must think like an economist! I will tell you, if you bankrupt Germany, you will all suffer. Let it be ten years, twenty, even a hundred, I will tell you now, you will suffer. Eat your words when the Depression comes! Your entire government will fall, to Communism!"

In history. As it may have been, Keynes was right, but, he had been stripped of his nobility following such. There was another person who had been at the meeting, his name had been Adolf Heidler, an emissary for Germany to here the terms of the treaty. An idea had been burned onto his mind.

Alsace and Lorraine had been the French industrial area until it was conquered by Germany in 1871. Also, the surrender of the Rhineland was suspicious, these areas had many Jewish people. France had wanted to protect the Jews, to humiliate Germany, after all, Jews were the lowest of all European races, to put Jews ahead of Germans, the absolute worst insult to the German people possible.

As twisted as that logic may have sounded, it was burned to his mind. In 20 years, this 'dream', per say, would become reality. Then, France will suffer, especially the Jews, this idea will revolutionize Germany, and rebuild it's crippled military, replenish it's once great navy, and above all, create the largest death machine the world will see or will ever see.

This will not grab people attention =/

Because it's not about Anime? >_>

No. I hate anime so your argument is invalid.

I am just saying plot might be boring. Just a little.

Might?

Unless this fiction hopefully incorporates drama, I'm expecting it to be rather boring.
