This is my entry. You'll have to agree it's good, lol. Shame the text's so small though =[

 

It has Dark Magician Girl's toon effect. It doesn't require 500lp to attack and is free to attack on the turn it's summoned.

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side of the field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters level 5 or more. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. This card's effect can only be activated during the Damage Step of either player's turn when this card battles. Pay 2000 Life Points to increase the ATK of this monster by 3000 points during the Damage Step only.

Well since you put PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. I thought I'd share a few of my NEW Toon cards.

I haven't added on the card the Toon Law on most Toon cards, as you asked for the original cards effect. Anyway...

 

 

 

You can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon this card when "Pyramid of Light" is on the field. This card cannot attack during the turn it was Normal Summoned or Special Summoned. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. If this card destroys a Defense Position monster as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half of the DEF of the destroyed monster.
