Sploda
Hey I was given permission by DMG. Which I still have and the treaty says that is allowed.
.Requiem
This treaty is poorly written and too many loopholes. There should be important messages, not useless spam.

Milk-Chan
You would kindly do so please? It'd be mighty appreciated.
.Requiem
Pretty simply, just need to state what type of messages are allowed to post and who can post them. Also it can handle punishments because negging people isn't really going to work. Ten different people negging someone because of one post is just stupid.
Milk-Chan
Yeah. That wasn't the original plan. The plan was that we'd take it up to the FTK leaders, and punish them. However if they wouldn't stop, regardless of what DMG says, we'd probably get a Moderator to handle it.
.Requiem
No, something that has more to it. Also why do we need to use a card?
Enma Kozato
Do not mob me i come with permission to say: you have no authority to overwrite the treaty seeing as how a treaty is an agreement of both ides we must approve of it and if you were to finalize the rewritten treaty DMG is not going to approve it thus causing the first treaty to be void and a flame war sprouted, do you really want this?
.Requiem
Well there is a huge whole in your logic, a treaty will only give you certain privileges and we have the rules to back us up. So no flame war for you. Also do you think I would honestly pass a treaty without both sides? That wouldn't work at all, all I was going to do was write up a better version of the treaty and pass it on to the leaders of the club.
Caine Ghest
Regardless, it won't be signed. No matter how well you write it, some one will find a loophole anyway, effectively voiding the treaty once it is found, if any treaty is to be made, it would require the leaders of both sides and a moderator to effectively write it up. Seeing as your side lacks good leadership, and the Knights have me trying to make a good treaty is useless.

Spirit of DMG
well, i'd say that you should send your version to timmy, then he'll look it over, send it to me, I'll look it over, and if we both agree, we'll swap out your version for the one already in use. also, could you make it a treaty, not the Department of uselessness's color-coded warning level?
Zelda Hero 1
yes, because the original states that NOBODY from the opposing club is allowed to post even though there are some who apparently have privileges these treaties are supposed to help prevent flaming wars
.Requiem
Ignore the card up there, I am not sure what that is. The treaty will be loose, so fixes and changes can be made. Also broad enough so there shouldn't be really any loopholes. If there are then they can be fixed quickly.

Ask chase to explain he situation with that' date=' i really can't remember the whole thing. [hr']as well, I actually post on my thread, and he, as far as I can tell, is rarely on. We have an effective leadership, We use a hierarchy, with me on top, two high generals, their sergeants, and a bunch of knights, where they take it up with the the next highest rank, and if I don't like it it doesn't happen. you guys run around changing everything whenever 50% plus one of you whines about it. [/quote'] I don't see how that really matters, rank doesn't mean anything anywhere here. It only shows a little structure, but nothing short everyone in your club basically act as they are equal. you guys run around changing everything whenever 50% plus one of you whines about it. I am still wondering where you get that idea. Nothing really changed in this club.
