Psycho Shocker Android
[spoiler=Effect]As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all effects of Spell , Trap, and Effect Monster Cards that target a card(s) in the Graveyard or that activate in the Graveyard are negated. BehindTheMask
Underated IMO. Big Body w/ a buttload of support behind it.
Frozen Judgment
Pretty good. And yeah, underrated. Would be run more if it didn't require tribute.

GraveHorizon
Necrovalley Actually it's the supplement to Necrovalley, as Necrovalley prevents outside cards from affecting cards in the Graveuard, and this one stops effects on the other side. EDIT: Forgot the qualification of this effect, it can also do what Necrovalley does, so this is better than Necrovalley. Hmm, where has this card been? In fact, this card stops many more cards than you think. I think Lonefire Blossem is included since it's effect activates in the grave if you tribute itself, and who wouldn't? It also beats all Monarchs in ATK and you can SS it. Good card is good.
b0b3rt
Yeah, you're right, but is a tribute worth it? I mean, it makes a good counter to DAD, Vayu, LS, and most other meta-builds, but it's not exactly difficult to get rid off. Then again, it is more useful then I first though. =D
Dark_Armed_Zombie
It stops all searchers (I think) and Malicious. I'll admit it's a tad situational, but it's good enough to see play in an Anti-Meta I think.
b0b3rt
That's basically what I meant, it stops Tomato and Pyramid Turtle (?). Kills Blizzard, Vayu in BW...Kills Wulf, I think. Doesn't stop JD, though >.>I think I'll go and build something with this...
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Yeah, Anubis does Necro but better, except for DWs which actually go very well with Necrovalley. DWs love Royal Tribute :D

Spiff!
My brother has this. I remember the last discussion on this, where it was unanimously decided that this card sucked. I like this card, and ought to remake that awesome (not) fiend deck I had.
GenzoTheHarpist
Doesn't stop DAD or Chaos Sorcerer and necrovalley does. Just saying.

I wish they didn't put the cost clause in the rulings for this guy's negation effect.

It does stop Wulf and Lumina and other cards though.
zombiepromking
Anti-Meta is awesome. This wouldn't run right in Core Chimair. But it does have it's uses. Old anti-meta seems better than the new.

It's only good once you are set up, it can't be removed for REDMD effect to be ss'd, making it quite annoying, especially since the dragons usually used for REDMD are all DARK
