Recommended Posts

[align=center]Hello, all. Today I'm going to show you how to make your own GIMP brush. It's actually quite simple if you follow these instructions.

[spoiler=Step One]

Get a Render. Any Render, any render at all.

I'll be using that render.

[spoiler=Step Two]

Paste it into GIMP.

Be sure whatever you want the vector to be is showing up.

[spoiler=Step Three]

Go to "Image", "Mode", then "Grayscale".

Resize it to something 250x250 or lower.

[spoiler=Step Five]

Save it as a ".gbr" file in you GIMP Brushes folder.

To get there, go to...

My Computer, Local Disk (Whatever), Program Files, GIMP -2.0, share, GIMP, 2.0, brushes.

~Note, when saving, name it

WHATEVERNAMEITWILLBE.gbr

WHATEVERNAMEITWILLBE would be whatever you want to name it.

[spoiler=Step Six]

Look in your brushes, it will be there! And you can change the colors!
