Toffee.
Its not 'completly' deadIt just slows DARK-Attributes way the F- down Oh, and this card is fine at 2.My Batterymanz deck is immune to Card TrooperClear world
~ P O L A R I S ~
Chances are, if your opponent's running DARK monsters and is attacking you with them, they'll want more than 1. WIND Decks are hardly penalized anymore, but this works both ways, so I might throw this in a WIND Deck. Save for Stardust Dragon and maybe Raiza, WINDs don't get too much use outside of WIND Decks anyhow. As for the LP cost, it really isn't much to worry about. Dark_Armed_Zombie
Solemn Wishes negates the maintence cost of Clear World, that's a bit sad... Clear Vice isn't hard to summon either considering the fact that it's lvl 8 and a Dragon... Clear Hopelessness maybe?
zombiepromking
It's still good. Solemn wishes makes this card's LP cost inferior. Even with the 500 LP cost it's not bad. As long as your opponent controls a monster they're in trouble. I guess attribute changers, lava golem, ojama trio, vicious claw, etc. will be cards to think about running in clear world. Doriado + Creature Swap would be grade-A rape. Just looked at Clear Vice. 0.o He's an honest on legs with protection out the ass.

~ P O L A R I S ~
It's not dead, it just functions differently by being used well with less orthodox Attributes which have small penalties, namely EARTH and WIND.

GraveHorizon
This card seems completely fair to me. 500 LP per turn for an epic rape card card is just fine.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
This card seems completely fair to me. 500 LP per turn for an epic rape card card is just fine. It is fair, but people say Konami killed it because they took it from unfair to fair... -.-
Phantom Roxas
It sucks. It's only good with LIGHT and/or DARK.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
It sucks. It's only good with LIGHT and/or DARK. And seeing as most of the decks out there use one of those two attributes (LS, BW, DAD varients) it would still be costly. Also, Level Limit Area B would end up being good vs. X-Sabers XD and GBs would have to be much more careful about what they summon (possibly)
