Kei-kun
Hopefully this one will be better than the last ^^; When this card battles a monster, the ATK and DEF of this card become the combine sum of the monster it's battling's ATK and DEF until the end of the Damage Step. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, your opponent must discard 1 card from their hand, send the top card on their deck to the graveyard or destroy 1 card on their side of the field. By paying half of your life points, during your Main Phase, discard all cards in each player's hand to the Graveyard and destroy all cards on the field except this card. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes 300x the amount of cards sent to the graveyard by this effect.
Professor Cobra
Since it is a god card, good pic and overpowered, even for a god card.

Yankee
it is a god, so it can be overpowered, and you still gave it a draw back, nice. It is not overpowered for a god. it is really good. 8/

KrakenNLD
ADVANCED CARD RATING - by KrakenNLDADVANCED CARD RATING - by KrakenNLDCARD STATSCard Name: Obscrum, Blight of the WorldCard-Style: MonsterAttribute: DIVINECard-Type: Divine-BeastLevel: 12ATK: ?DEF: ?Effect: "When this card battles a monster, the ATK and DEF of this card become the combine sum of the monster it's battling's ATK and DEF until the end of the Damage Step. I hope nobody minds I am putting the true effect on the place which has the effect. God Cards are overpowered... every single one of them and there is no reason why they shouldn't be. So let's see now... this monster when it destroying another monster (with his ATK+DEF that could easily be done) your opponent has a painfull choice. Either destroy 2 cards out of play, or destroy 1 card in play. Also, when paying half your life points, this monster can also destroy every card on the field. Art: 02/10Let's start with the basic... the art... and oh my gosh. Is that weird and out of place girl out there. I don't see a monster like that owning like God on the field... serieusly. If he had any better head underneath that head from that girl... use that instead. OCG: 05/10Nothing pretty much to worry about, God-cards always have that kind of text as a description. Balance: 06/10Even though I was thinking about it... he does have a way actually to almost send your opponent to the brink of destruction with total eas. Now this is where the balance comes in, this monster is one kind of monster which can win EVERY battle he holds. Unless fighting a xxxx/0 monster actually. That is the only one on which it can kill itself on like that. And if it doesn't get himself killed by that, it also has it's special ability to kill everything on the field (except that card) and then attack your opponent life points directly. The Balance is out there, but it's hard to spot. Hardness: 04/10Now, being an God-card... it requires 3 tribute summons. However, as I found out... a lot of people with Gods in their deck mostly do get their 3 monsters. Still it costs you a amount of monsters to summon him. I don't find cards like that hard to summon at all. Idea: 06/10Well, probably this one took you quite a bit of time to make. However, the possibility for this card is good... it can break an enemy easiliy by abusing it's special effect (paying half your lifepoints gets cheaper the more you use it). Total: 07/10I give this God-card a 7. While it is still pretty strong the potential is out there.Change Suggestions: *art* PictureSerieusly, get a more cooler picture then a girl on a muscle-arms. It looks wierd (even weirder then the Ojama) *balance* Special AbilityPlease do something about the fact that this card is taking up halve your lifepoints. People could abuse that effect to keep direct attacking their opponent. Perhaps 1000 lifepoints should be better as a extra cost.Final Word:Again... this was one fun card to rate. An God-card are mostly overpowered and it doesn't matter that much as they require 3 Tribute's. However, this one is a bit TOO overpowered (even for a God-Card).Extra: *never remove or edit this part from your post*This type of rating has been created by KrakenNLD. Everybody is welcome to use the exact same style of rating only if you have the pride to still put this in your post. Edit: Why in hell did a 6 appear in the Total-box? :P
