I didn't know Azrael at all, never seen him around or spoken to him, but he got my name change done right away. It doesn't cost anything, it's just you have to wait 2 months everytime you get a name change to change it again. Go ahead and PM him. And I suggest just going Itachi Uchiha. It looks the neatest.
