Special Summon 1 "Blackwing Decoy Token" (Winged Beast-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 500/DEF 0). It cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. Destroy the token during the End-Phase.

Good with Blackwings, and Monarchs would abuse this.

SO many better options for Monarchs, Zoma/Metal Reflect are even considered bad, and they beat this.

I don't see this helping BW alot, it gives a 500 ATK boost w/ Siccoro and let's you not Normal Summon a Bora or Gale? Would you ever use this Crow?
