Ever hear of Axe of Despair, Mage Power, or United We Stand? There are far better cards to choose from than what you have. Arms Hole is also a must with all of those equip cards.

 

And where are all the staples like Heavy Storm, MST, and Brian Control?

 

There are also better warrior monsters as well.

A Ben-Kei is a deck that is specificly built around Armed Samauri Ben-Kei.

Your deck has Ben-Kei, and is more like: "I added him for teh lulz"

Which will not work.

^Its an older deck of mine, but it fullfills the win condition pretty quickly^

The deck itself can fill the field pretty quicky, so all you really have to do is search for United We Stand(which is easy here), then just slap any other Equips in your hand onto Ben-Kei. Then just attack with Ben-Kei, and you win. Since his ATK will usually be about 4000ish, and he can attack about 3-5 times with that.
