Effect: This card can not be Special Summoned. While this card is face-up on the field, it can be treated as any fusion matierial monster for the purpose of Fusion Summoning. Any monster Summoned using this card as Fusion matierial is treated as a Machine-type monster. If you use this card as Fusion Matierial, the Fusion monster can be Summoned using Power Bond ignoring it's Type.

 

 

Okay the OCG for this card sucks, and the spelling's probably not much better.

 

The last sentence of the effect is needed (for the record) because it won't be Summoned before using Power Bond, and hence isn't a Machine at the time, so Power Bond wont work without that sentence.

This card is vastly OP. It has no restrictions/drawbacks which makes it to powerful. There are so many combinations with this card. Instant BEUD. Or a Chimeratech.

 

Please give it some restrictions/drawbacks. Also lower the ATK. Monsters with effects with such power should not have high attacks since that means its harder to stop.

Chimeratech would benifit from this how? But on second thought I do see your point, Summoning restriction added, Grafter can no longer be Special Summoned, and must be on the field for it's effect to work, I also reduced it's attack to 1600 which is mediocre given that almost every monster seeing play to day can run over this.

It would benefit Chimeratech because now you dont need to get Cyber dragon. You can just use this and another machine.
