Hogosha doesn't completely understand what is going on, but he does know that he doesn't want to risk being taken unawares. "Well, scroll stealing huh?" Hogosha takes out a pair of shades and puts them while talking directly to Tekashi. "That's a pretty serious accusation to make." Hogosha puts his hands down to his sides and manipulates the sand so that it encircles everyone currently present. "If they took something of yours, then perhaps you could tell us what it looks like so that we can return it to you when it's found?" Hogosha activates his rinnegan, his eyes hidden behind the shades so that the others won't notice the activation while he masks the change in his chakra.

"it was a smallish scroll" tekashi says, wood encircling him to block him from any sneak attempt by the sand not trusting the new guy. here i've got one like it "he says holding a small scroll up then putting it away". the suicidal guy and the other one that turns to a lion took it, and the sannins just plain unreasonable about giving it bak".

"Is that so? Well, then they shouldn't have a problem in giving it back, right?" Hogosha said, addressing the ones who are accused of being the guilty parties as he said the last part of that sentence. "Oh, and don't worry about the sand." Hogosha says while the sand continues to circle all of them, this time in its own, rising and falling as it moves. "This is just to make sure that no-one decides to be stupid and try starting a fight."

Hogosha just barely catches a glimpse of an Akutsuki robe and immediately changes tactics, manipulating the sand and riding up it and donning a strong sand armor with the sand forming around his right arm to form a blade heavily infused with chakra as he starts forming hand signs with his left hand. In a single instant, Hogosha is within an inch of the strangers face and stabs through Tekashi's armor and and his body as well, settling the blade right next to his major arteries. "I wouldn't move if i were you, you Akutsuki filth." Although nobody could see the intent to kill in his eyes, he knew that they could all feel it radiating from him. "My blade is pressed right up against your major arteries, which means that I have to keep very still so as not to accidentally kill you. Now, what are you doing here? Surely, you didn't think you could just walk into our village and not avoid our notice, did you?"

Tekashi stands ontop of petrified wood, the hardened sand stuck in the pertified wood clone. "well i ouldn't come in if your nin needn't take my scrolls". he then Spin kicks sending Hogosha down wood coming from all directions grabbing hogosha then petrifying making near impossible to break. "just stay put while i grab the scroll and ill leave". he then dissappears in a blur of movement.

OOC-[spoiler=Description of Lightning Armor]This technique is used in conjunction with the user's two swords. Drawing

his/she two swords together and flowing lightning into the swords,the user spins the

blades above him/her to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover

the user's body and his swords. This electricity will envelope the user's body in a

protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly.

"Ok then... let's try something different." Leo then landed on the ground with his two feet. "(Doton: Kekai-Dorou Doumu) Earth Style: Barrier Earth Prison." Leo then punched the ground multiple times. After striking the ground with his hands, Leo overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around Dark. Then by placing his hands against the dome, Leo sucked out the chakra from Dark and bring it into his own body.
