The time of Naruto has passed. The trust beneath the nations is falling apart. All the countries are against each other fighting for control of a sacred scroll. The scroll that grants the controler limitless power. With this power, one can rule the entire world. The Akatsuki are also after this power to rule, and destroy the world.

[spoiler=Weapon: ]A katana sword that has no blade. The sword uses water from the surrounding area & Daichi's chakra to create the blade, Daichi is able to use his chakra to manipulate water with the sword.

His control of the water is limited by the amount of chakra he has, however because chakra consumption is so low he is able to fight for days without running out of chakra.

This weapon can only be used by a person whose main element is water.

Although the sword is water based, it is capable of controling any element that the wielder is able to use, however this requires a great deal of chakra

 

[spoiler=bio: ]Although he is very bad at genjutsu; his mastery in ninjutsu & Taijutsu is considered beyond a genius, having gained him rank of jonin at only 15. his family, being very famous for there bloodline which allows then to turn in to animals by acquiring there DNA, are masters at summoning jutsu, Zak has signed a total of 20 contract's, although as a part of the contract they are not allowed to acquire the animals they summon

weapon a sword handle which has no blade. Tekashi always uses his chakra to make the blade from eaither earth or Wood depending on the fight.

bio a quiet yet sometimes overconfident S - Rank Criminal. He often uses wood on his blade so as to have acces to wood in all areas and as to show he doesn't need the harder power of earth to use on his blade. he often uses his sharingan techniques while fighting, often using wood releases while using his three tomoe sharingan.
