I recently returned to YCM to continue my work on Pokevolution again & to also put in my time as a Custom Cards Moderator. I've been noticing a lot of Pop Culture cards hat are not playable AT ALL. Usually with lol9999 ATK/DEF. I was considering putting them in Any Other or even the Joke Section but then what if it's "Rabid Pikachuz 1!!" What exactly should I do? Need some advice here.
