This card can not be Special Summoned or Set, this card cannot be Normal Summoned except if 6 cards with "Monarch" in their name are in your Graveyard with different names. When successfully tribute summoned, remove the top card of a deck from the game, if its a monster card remove the next top card of the deck until a card removed by this monster's effect is a spell or trap.

During your Standby Phase send 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard or this card is destroyed. Monsters with "Monarch" in their name can attack while in defense mode. When a face up "Monarch" is attacked while in defense mode switch the ATK and DEF of the attacked monster. When a "Monarch" is destroyed by card effect draw 2 cards. When this card is destroyed Special Summon a "Monarch" in ATK mode and treat it as though it was just Normal Summoned.
