PC or Mac?

Well I'm on a mac and I have to say that the speed on it is amazing compared to pc's. I have owned a pc in the past so here's what it comes down to. Pc's are better gaming computers but macs are far better for just poking around the internet. Now if the two could somehow contribute their best factors into one super computer....

Yes, lets pay over twice the price to "poke around on the internet" faster.

Macs look sleek, are probably slightly more durable, and have Final Cut Pro.

They also cost an arm and a leg to buy. And Snow Leopard is less safe than Windows 7, lol.

PC > Mac

You can run (and I do) Windows 7 on a Mac.

Also, Macs are generally constructed with better-quality parts. A 9200 in a Dell is actually worse than a 9200 graphics card in a Macbook, even though theoretically they're the same thing.

This being said, Macs certainly are overpriced.

The higher quality is not equal to how much they charge >_>

I'll stick with PC, all the same.

Entirely depends on what you need the computer for.

If you're looking to get into a professional occupation such as graphic design, drafting, or architectural design, you need to get yourself a Mac.

If you just need it to play video games and other small tasks, stick with a PC. They're a lot cheaper.

I'd fall under the PC category.
