Fast Food: Awesome or unhealthy?

If you do not eat high-fatty foods at all, your cholesterol will drop horribly low by the time you're in your thirties, and you will then rely on vitamins, which will have their side effects occur by the time you're in your fifties, and you will have major problems like shaky hands.

Iza <3 McDonalds. But between Chick-Fa-Lé and McDonalds....I say Chick-Fa-Lé

You do realize that it's spelled Chik-fil-A right?

Anyway... I love fast food, but I only eat it maybe once or twice a month. I love Arby's, Wendy's, and Taco Bell. The others... Not so much. McDonald's is alright, but it effs up my stomach.

I personally think that FF is ok if eaten in moderation. But it can be unhealthy

^This.

I think it's awesome AND unhealthy.;)

But then again nothing I'm doing in my life is healthy.

Love Subway and anything where you get French fries.

Sometimes when I go out we stop at Mc Donald's before or when we come back. Because we don't want to spend half of the evening at a place to eat and after 1 a.m. there's NOWHERE to go other than Mc Donald's here anyway.=/

Despite many people's thoughts, fast food is healthy... to a point. If you wish to list out the pros and the cons, cons will obviously be greater, but that is also the same with many foods you eat often.

Fast food is good in portions, or as long as you exercise enough. I exercise a few hours (compounded) a week, so eating fast food 5 or 6 times a month is fine.

The problem with American's is their lazy ass doesn't wanna exercise, and they eat out as often as I do, which results in a massive weight gain. By the way, being fat will not only get you made fun of, but you'll die earlier (compared to healthy and underweight people, not anorexic).
