I won't make new E-Hero Fusions; those are overdone. What I'm making is support, be it remastery of anime/manga cards or my own works:

 

Hero Troop

EARTH

Level: 3

[Warrior/Effect]

When this card is destroyed by battle, add 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

ATK/ 1400

DEF/ 1000

 

Elemental Hero Rapid Shot

EARTH

Level: 4

[Warrior/Effect]

While you control another "Elemental Hero" monster, this card can attack your opponent directly.

ATK/ 1000

DEF/ 1000

 

Hero Gardna

EARTH

Level: 4

[Warrior/Effect]

Your opponent cannot select an "Elemental Hero" monster as an attack target or the target of a card effect.

ATK/ 0

DEF/ 1900

 

Elemental Hero Void Man

DARK

Warrior/Effect

3/1400/1000

Once per opponent's Battle Phase, while this card is face-up on the field, you can negate the attack of 1 of your opponent's monsters. While you control this face-up card, the effects of LIGHT monsters your opponent controls are negated, and cannot be activated.

 

Elemental Hero Radia

LIGHT

Warrior/Effect

3/1000/1400

Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can change the battle position of 1 monster your opponent controls. While you control this face-up card, the effects of DARK monsters your opponent controls are negated, and cannot be activated.

 

Elemental Hero Powered Hammer

EARTH

Level: 7

[Warrior/Effect]

You can send 2 cards from your side of the field or your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. During eith player's End Phase, you can remove from play this card and 1 “Elemental Hero” Monster in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 “Elemental Hero” Monster from your hand or Graveyard.

Elemental Hero Twilight

LIGHT

Level: 5

[Warrior/Effect]

"Elemental Hero Voidman" + "Elemental Hero Radia"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card's attribute is also always treated as DARK. Other LIGHT and DARK monsters cannot attack or activate their effects.

Elemental Hero Spike Shot

EARTH

Warrior/Fusion/Effect

"Elemental Hero Bladedge" + "Elemental Hero Powered Hammer"

This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon. When this card attacks an opponent's Defense Position monster, destroy it with this card's effect, and deal damage equal to that monster's DEF. Any cards this card battles have their effects negated.

 

Skyscraper 3 - Hero Central

Field Spell

This card cannot be destroyed while you control an "Elemental Hero" monster. Each time an "Elemental Hero" monster is Special Summoned, put a Signal Counter on this card. If that monster was Fusion Summoned, put an additional Signal Counter on this card. If this card would be destroyed, you can remove 2 Signal Counters instead. Once per turn, you can select and activate one of the following effects:

● Remove 1 Signal Counter from this card to increase the ATK of an "Elemental Hero" monster by 500. This effect can be activated during either player's turn.

● Remove 3 Signal Counters from this card to return 2 "Elemental Hero" monsters from your Graveyard to the Deck, then draw a card.

● Remove 4 Signal Counters from this card to Special Summon an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster from your Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.

 

Hero's Legacy

Normal Spell

Activate only when you have no other cards in your hand and 2 or more Elemental Hero" Fusion Monsters in your Graveyard. Draw 3 cards. You cannot Normal Summon this turn.

 

Edge Powerblade

Equip Spell

Equip only to "Elemental Hero Bladedge"; it gains 800 ATK. When your opponent actiavtes a Trap Card during the Battle Phase, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to negate that card's effect and destroy it.

 

Hero Armor

Equip Spell

Once per turn, you can send 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your hand or field to the Graveyard and have the equipped monster gain ATK equal to half its original ATK, until the End Phase. When this set card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your Graveyard.

 

Transcent Hero

Equip Spell

Equip only to an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster by removing from play 1 "Elemntal Hero" Fusion Monster in your Graveyard. The equipped monster gains the effect of the removed monster during your turn only. When the equipped monster is destroyed, draw 1 card.

 

E-N Shuffle

Normal Spell

Return 1 Level 5 "Elemental Hero" monster you contro, to the Extra Deck. Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" Monster each from your hand and Deck.

 

Hero's Rule 3

Counter Trap

You can only activate this card when your opponent Special Summons a Synchro Monster while you control an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster. Negate that monster's Special Summon and remove that monster from play.

 

Iron Hero

Continuous Trap

After activation, equip this card to an "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monster that is the only monster you control. It gains 1000 ATK and it cannot be destroyed by battle. When it is destroyed, draw 1 card.

Seriously, I've thought of a little ditty for the Heroes' most serious competition (three at that.)

If powered hammer is your newest, then I might give it a bit of an edge...
