Power: Enhanced Speed and Strength (Not Superhuman)

Personality: Strong, confidant, caring, but won't tolerate any disrespect toward Lora, Akima, Koya, or most of the others. (You should be able to guess who she wouldn't care about)

Kallen's power's didn't appear until she was 7. Unfortunately her father was a ranking military officer, but tried to hide her power because he knew the Higher-ups would want to use her as a weapon. They were able to keep her powers a secret until she turned 19 because there was an attack in which her mother was killed and she lost her right arm. In order to keep her alive the medics had to examine and transfuse her blood and when they found the irregularities they reported it to the Higher-ups. After she recovered the Higher-ups ordered that she be equiped with a proto-type arm-weapon called a Radiant Wave Surger, her father disagreed with this because he knew what was to come. After she was equipped with the arm she was forced to spend 6 months training herself before she and her father tried for an escape in which he was killed.

The RWS can fire a long range blast, and a wide (short range) range attack to stop and harm enemies. She can also fire the Hand like a projectile, but it is still connected by a strong cord and can still use abilities as well as recoil it. She can also focus the RWS to make a disk of radiant energy and throw the disk, but it disperses shortly after.

Abilities/Weapons: Four Point Butterfly Wings which come out of her back, Saw Blades which come out of her forearms, Flamethrowers built into the palms of her hands, Boosters built into the back of her lower legs, and Machine Guns which come from her shoulders. She's extremely fast and strong, and she has a mind of her own. When she's using all of her Boosters she can move fast enough to break the sound barrier.

 

Info: She was born a super, her power was that she could implat her mind into inanimate objects and control them. She was diagnosed at a young age with a deadly disease because of which she obtained this body.

He was tired from the day's travel, the sword on his hip felt heavy. He was tired of this moutain, of this trail, and of this Damn life of travel.

 

" Sure!! Their's treasure in the next town Joe." He was talking out loud, again as he alway's did on long trip's. " Man, why did I lisen to Jess. I should never do what he say's." Then throughing his hand's up in the air, he contiued " But he tricked me with the thought of treasure!!"

So here's the app I made in early November and never really used much. I made a few minor touch ups' date=' mainly only things I thought were worded badly.

 

Character Name: Alphonse Hayner

Creator: Andx

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Super Powers:

-Psychic Weapon: Alphonse's weapon takes to the form of a bow and arrow. The bow is relatively easy to maintain but making arrows requires a decent bit of strength. Upon hitting their mark the arrows make the part of the body they come in contact with send a large number of various messages to the brain; thus straining the mind with all of the unneeded confusion. Obviously, the more parts sending this mess of messages the more strained and disoriented the victim becomes. The effect is by no means permanent, it stops the moment Alphonse dematerializes his bow or after about 4 minutes.

-Ice Manipulation: A majority of Alphonse's training was spent on developing this technique. He can use it quite well just not for extended periods of time. To avoid the requirement of a body of water being nearby, Alphonse has trained to use the water molecules in the air.

Bio: [spoiler=Bio'] Alphonse was the son of a general of a small nation where the fighting is currently taking place. This nation wanted simply to maintain itself amidst the chaos of the world. With the development of psychic soldiers this nation feared they would soon be conquered. They could only hope they too would eventually have psychic soldiers. It turns out that they didn't, at least not in time to avoid being conquered. Alphonse's family escaped the country, at the time he was only 14, and only after leaving did Alphonse realize his powers. Angry over the take over of his home, he wanted to train them and join a nation's military that would eventually liberate his home land.

 

His skills were incredibly rare and the military of the nation they escaped to took great interest in it. They allowed him to join at age 16 and got the best person they could to help train him. For ten years Alphonse simply trained his powers, only driven by the idea of saving his nation and killing the General.

 

After he felt ready he began looking for the Northern military. He'd heard that they were the best group of people among the four and he wanted to help them as they seemed to want to restore peace to the world. He wants to join their effort as long as it results in the liberation of his nation.

 

As for his personality; he's always determined and quite serious. His only goal being the liberation of his nation he stays focused and dislikes those who don't take their jobs seriously. With the few friends he makes, he is generally much less serious. He'll laugh and joke around but once something comes up, he all business again.

 

 

Fighting Style: When using ice he tends to stay up close or put a little distance in between his opponents. He only goes long range when using the psychic bow. He will really only use the bow when he doesn't want to get close or is trying to take someone by surprise. Up close he uses ice to form various weapons, mainly blades, and tries to trap the opponent before delivering a fatal blow.

 

As it was approved before I left out the bad sample I made with it originally. Andrew, and you too I suppose Jake, if I need to change anything on it for it to work with your ideas to bring the character in just tell me.

 

Here's the thing... Where is he from the North, South, East, or West. I need details to help him into the story.

 

Also you know that one of my characters has full Ice Manipulation.

No I didn't actually know that. I never took the initiative to read all those apps you posted and never really saw more than like two of your characters while I was posting in the RP. I might as well just make another app then. For variety's sake, what powers are being used by the people currently? If I know I can pick one not in there already.
