Ropp
Yeah, I don't want people being all like "I was never really on your side!"I might change it so Humans can, but not Demons or Angels.
Jake the Sage
I would think so. Humans can be completely random. But a demon or an angel should generally stick to each side. Not that I'm saying there won't be angels siding with Hell and Demons Siding with Heaven. Its the end of the world- anything is possible . . . Ropp
No, no, no. It is the end of the HUMAN world. So the others will still be alive.

destron
Sup. I'm thinking about a new RP idea where people get sucked into a video game world. Not only are you testing your survival skills, you also must be 1 of the first 3 people to finish the game in order to live. All the monsters, obstacles and bosses you encounter are real Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but you get weapons and magic and stuff. Each of the worlds are field spell cards from Yu-Gi-Oh. Not only that, but there is a virus in the game, which is screwing up the system. In case I change my mind about something "the virus" will just screw things up, plus there is an added twist at the end involving the virus. What do you think? Jake the Sage
Well we already were thinking of a Yu-Gi-Oh! RPG . . . I just haven't finished it TT_TT
destron
So . . . you think I shouldn't do it yet? Is yours like with dueling or is it where the stuff comes to life?
Jake the Sage
Where stuff come to life. Its almost like yours, but not in a video game short of sense . . . Wanna help?

Jake the Sage
This is all of it . . . but unfinished. ALL of the Archtypes: A-Aliens Aliens focus on manipulating the opponent rather than strengthening themselves. They have a wide range of lower-level monsters that can be used to oppress or manipulate the opponent but are lacking at higher levels; however, the ability to take control of or weaken opponents' strong monsters more than makes up for this deficiency. Allure Queens The Allure Queens are a series of 3 LV Spellcaster-Type monsters released in the TCG and OCG versions of Cyberdark Impact. They can equip opponent's monsters to themselves if summoned properly.  Amazoness The Amazoness are a series of female EARTH-Attribute Warrior-Type Monsters. Their names include "Amazoness", with the exception of "Amazon Archer". Ancient Gears The Ancient Gears, known as Antique Gears in the Japanese version, are a series of Machine-Type monsters that overwhelm the opponent while preventing them from activating Spell or Trap Cards when they attack.  Arcana Force Each of these monsters have "Arcana Force" in their names and their support spell and trap cards. The monsters are based on the "Major Arcana" tarot cards, each possessing a different symbolic meaning while the spell and trap cards come in the form of the "Minor Arcana" tarot cards. The monsters often attribute with coin flips to activate their effects, one positive and one negative. "Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler" and "Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler" are the only ones which are not based on tarot cards, and the only ones who have a positive effect for both coin flips. Archfiends Most Archfiends can be easily identified by their name. Any card with "Archfiend" in the card name, is an "Archfiend." Some of the Archfiends are chess themed including Terrorking, Infernalqueen, Desrook, Darkbishop, Shadowknight and Vilepawn Archfiend, all of whom are named after Chess pieces, and feature a chessboard pattern as their background. The support card "Checkmate" is named after Checkmate, the final winning move in Chess. Archlords Archlords creatures are a series of LIGHT Attribute Fairy-Type monsters that focus on destroying your opponent's monsters and increasing your Life Points. The Effect of the Archlords are in collaboration with the The Sanctuary in the Sky. B-Barrier Statues The Barrier Statues are a series of monsters, each representing one of the six Attributes. They prevent any monster other than the Type they attribute for being Special Summoned while they are on the field. They are all Level 4 monsters with 1000 ATK and 1000 DEF.  Batterymen The Batterymen are the first (and currently only) Thunder archetype. They consist of using swarm tactics and support cards to destroy your opponent's Spell, Trap, and Monster cards. Blackwings The Blackwing is an Archetype of DARK Winged Beast-Type monsters. Most of these monsters are somewhat humanoid and have either a tengu or bird-like appearance. All Blackwing monsters feature black in their design, usually on their wing feathering. The Blackwing's effects are focused around Swarming and changing the ATK or the DEF of monsters on the field.  C-Chaos Chaos is generally used generally to describe monsters that use the Attributes LIGHT and DARK, with a goal of removing monsters from play. The main cards of this genre were "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End", "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning", and "Chaos Sorcerer". Charmers The Charmer cards are a series of spellcaster-type monsters of different attributes. The first monsters represent young magicians with their familiars, the second are the same magicians, but with a blank look and a monstrous version of their familiar and the third are grown-up versions of the magicians. There is also no Familiar-Possessed - Dharc. So far, there is no LIGHT charmer.  Clear They are a series of monsters with "Clear" in their names. In the anime, "Clear" monsters use the advantage of not having an Attribute while they are face-up on the field, especially while "Clear World" is face-up, giving a negative effect to a player who controls a monster with an Attribute. "Clear" monsters allow users to use Clear World without being affected by it at all Cloudians Cloudians cannot be destroyed by battle, but their low ATK leaves their controller open to taking damage unless "Spirit Barrier" or "The Sanctuary in the Sky" are used. Crystal Beasts The Crystal Beasts are a series of Monster Cards that become Continuous Spell Cards after they are destroyed while monsters. Although weak in terms of actual strength, their aforementioned effects allow them to have great staying power. This archetype also contains the card "Rainbow Dragon", the ace card of the Crystal Beasts D-Dark Magicians Dark Scorpions The Dark Scorpions are a group of monsters, whose effects trigger when they inflict Battle Damage to their opponent, giving the controller a choice of two effects. The majority of these card effects disrupt the opponent's cards on the field, in their hand or in their deck, with the exception of "Dark Scorpion - Meanae the Thorn", who searches out other Dark Scorpion cards with her effect. Members of the Dark Scorpions in their causal wear. The Dark Scorpion's outfits consists of a grey sleeveless, skin-tight top, featuring studs on the stomach, pants sectioned into grey and red layers and grey wristbands with red tips at the top. All members have a tattoo on their right arm of a scorpion. Each member carries their own weapon and sometimes features additional holsters on their costume for them.  Dark World Dark World is a series of DARK Fiend-Type monsters. They are based around effects that activate when they are discarded from the hand to the Graveyard by a card effect. The names of Dark World monsters are based on colors: "Goldd" is based on gold, "Sillva" is based upon silver, "Gren" is based on green, "Kahkki" on khaki, "Broww" on brown, "Renge" on orange, "Scarr" on scarlet, "Beiige" on beige, "Zure" on azure, "Brron" on bronze, "Celri" on cerulean, and "Cobal" on cobalt, with the exception of "Reign-Beaux", which is a play on "rainbow". (It is pronounced as "Rainbow"). Destiny Heroes The Destiny Hero series are a set of DARK Attribute Warrior-Type monsters. These cards may resemble British anti-heroes and there are several references to British culture within the cards. There is an emphasis in the passage of time in most Destiny Hero card effects. Different Dimension Different Dimension (D.D.) is a name given to a series of cards all starting with either 'D.D.' or 'Different Dimension'. These cards focus on removing cards from play, often on their demise, thus sending them to a 'Different Dimension' rather then simply destroying the other monster.  E-Earthbound Immortals The Earthbound Immortals all have the common effect of being able to attack the opponent directly and prevent themselves from being attacked. When combined with their high original ATK this allows them to brutally pound their opponent. This power comes with two drawbacks, however: The player can only control one "Earthbound Immortal" at any time and it will automatically destroy itself if there is not a Field Spell on the field. The Earthbound Immortals also have a small but very potent series of support cards that further allow them to oppress the opponent. Egyptian Gods The Egyptian God Cards: Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, The Winged Dragon of Ra Elemental Heroes The Elemental Hero series are a set of Warrior-Type monsters. They are mostly fused in order to summon more powerful monsters. The "Elemental Hero" Fusion Monsters are generally very strong, and are used for gaining the upper hand on an opponent.  Evil Heroes Most of the Evil Heroes are Fusion Summoned by fusing existing Elemental Heroes with "Dark Fusion", instead of the traditional "Polymerization". The Evil Heroes are the most powerful of the Heroes, possessing improved versions of the Elemental Heroes' effects, or the same effect with an extra effect of their own; plus, the effect of "Dark Fusion" prevents Evil Hero Fusion Monsters from being targeted by card effects the turn they are summoned. Exodia Exodia the Forbidden One is the first ever cards to permit an automatic win rather than to reduce your opponent's Life Points to 0. They are perhaps some of the most iconic cards of the series, being well known for their Automatic Win effect.  F-Five Dragons The Five Dragons are a series of Dragon-Type Synchro Monsters. These legendary dragons play a part in the legend of the Crimson Dragon, as well as being connected to the Signers themselves. That connection being that these legendary beasts who are actually servants to the Crimson Dragon, were the ones who sealed an evilness within the Nazca Lines. Flamvell The Flamvells are a series of FIRE Attribute monsters whose effects include burning away the opponent's Life Points and increasing each others attack points. Many of their effects are triggered when they inflict Battle Damage. Fortune Fairies The Fortune Fairies are a series of 6 sprites, who are named and colored according to their own Attribute. The card text on each Fortune Fairy tells the fortune of the person who draws it along with listing a lucky number, color and item.  Fortune Ladies Each "Fortune Lady" has a different Attribute and Level from 1 to 6. Their Attribute and Level, correspond to that of their "Fortune Fairy" counterpart. All Ladies are Spellcaster-Type Effect Monsters, with ? ATK and DEF. Frogs Though weak, Frog cards can unleash devastating effects that include rapid summoning, the option to increase their ATK or protect themselves from destruction, or wiping out all cards the opponent controls. Many Frog cards are very low in level, which makes them benefit from "Wetlands" as well as cards such as "Gravity Bind".  G-Gadgets The Gadgets are a series of Machine-type monsters whose effects allow players to search for relevant Gadget monsters from their Deck once a Gadget is summoned. Gagagigo Gagagigo started out as a Gigobyte. As and was a young evildoer with an evil heart. After meeting someone special, he discovered justice. In order to fight tremendous evil, he underwent body reconstruction, ading various mechanical parts to his body and became "Giga Gagagigo", but lost his heart and his redemption. With his soul collapsed and he strived fro more power, becoming "Gogiga Gagagigo". Gaia Knights The Gaia Knights are a set of Warrior-type monsters that are based off the original monster; "Gaia the Fierce Knight". Gardna Gardnas are a category of mostly Warrior-type Monsters focusing on defensive capabilities, the first and most well-known of which was "Big Shield Gardna", used by Yugi in the original anime series. Some Gardnas rely on a very high DEF to block attacks, while others use their effects to weaken incoming attacks. Gearfried The Gearfried Archetype consists of a group of monster cards that represent the various forms and evolutions of the card Gearfried the Iron Knight. Each member of the archetype (except Gilti-Gearfried the Magical Steel Knight) has an effect that revolves around Equip Cards. Gladiator Beasts The Gladiator Beasts are a series of cards released in Gladiator's Assault, that look like futuristic versions of the ancient Roman Colosseum slave-warriors, and consist of many different Attributes and Types. With few exceptions, the Gladiator Beasts all have the effect to return to the Deck during the end of a Battle Phase if it battled, and then Special Summon another Gladiator Beast Monster to replace it, with most gaining new effects when Summoned in this manner. Goblins The Goblin are a series of monsters that all share the effect "If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This card's battle position cannot be changed until the end of your next turn, except with a card effect". They all have 0 DEF with the exception of Goblin Elite Attack Force. Gravekeeper's The Gravekeeper's are a series of monsters based on ancient Egyptians who guarded the Pharaoh's tomb. The Gravekeeper's Deck usually activates "Necrovalley" and gains power from it, while using loopholes to avoid being affected by its drawbacks. This deck tends to prevent the opponent from affecting cards placed in the Graveyard, as well as keeping field control with its ability to swarm. They were introduced in Pharaonic Guardian as the first true Archetype. Guardians Each monster has a corresponding Equip Spell Card, and can only be summoned if that Equip Card is already face-up on the field. The equip does not have to be equipped to their corresponding monster. The only Guardian that is an exception to this rule is Guardian Eatos, whom can be special and normal summoned without restrictions. Each Guardian monster and Equip Spell Card also has their own independent effects. Gun Dragons The Gun Dragon monsters are a family of DARK Machine-Type monsters. This Archetype focuses heavily upon the usage of Coin Tossing to activate their effects of destroying your opponent's cards on the field.  H-Harpies The Harpies are a special group of female monsters identified by having "Harpie" Japanese name. Hex-Sealed Fusion The Hex-Sealed Fusion monsters are a group of 3 monsters ("The Earth - Hex-Sealed Fusion", "The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion" and "The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion") that can be used as a Fusion Substitute Monsters but can also be used while on the field (without a "Polymerization") and may Tribute itself plus the required Fusion monsters from the field to Special Summon the chosen Fusion Monster, however each Hex-Sealed Fusion can only be used with the correct Attribute Fusion Monster  I-Infernity They are primarily a series of DARK monsters whose effects are activated only when the player has no cards in their hand. Their name is a combination of the words, "Infernal" and "Infinity". Inpachis The "Inpachis" are a small group of Normal Monsters. They begin as a felled tree possessed by a wicked spirit. It then starts to burn, increasing its attack power, until it's nothing but cinders. It is finally remodeled by "Kozaky" into the high-defense "Woodborg Inpachi".\ Iron Chains Ivy  J-JarsJestersJinzosJunkJuraks  K-KamakiriKoa'ki MeiruKoalaKuribohs  L-LV MonstersLandstarsLegendary DragonsLegendary PlanetsLightsworns  M-MachinersMagiciansMagnet WarriorsMajesticMajestic MechsMajusMantisMasked KnightsMasksMatch WinnersMinusMist ValleyMonarchsMonster World AreasMorphtronicsMothsMotorsMystic SwordsmenN-NaturiaNeo-SpaciansNinjasNitroO-OjamasOrichalcosP-PapillonParshathsPhantom BeastsPiece GolemsPokerPrime MaterialQ-Quiz PanelsR-ReactorsReal GenexRed-EyesReptilianneS-SaberSacred BeastsScrap-IronSilent MagiciansSilent SwordsmenSix Attribute MonstersSkielSkull ServantsSky ScourgesSlimeSpeed SpellsSpheresSpiceSpidersSynchronsSynthetic AngelsT-Tech GenusThe Six SamuraiToon MonstersToyTrap HolesTurbosU-Ultimate InsectsUmi (archetype)V-VWXYZValkyriesVampiresVehicroidsVenomVolcanicsW-WarriorsWdjatWhite KnightsWicked GodsWiselWormsX-X-SabersXX-SabersY-Yokai MonstersYubelsZ-Zombie counterparts
