This card looses 100 ATK points for every card in your hand. If your opponent does not control any monsters, this card cannot attack. CardcaptorEX's card[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 face-up Field Spell Card from Play. This card cannot attack your opponent's life points Directly. Decrease the ATK of this card by 400 during each of your End Phases.
