this is the card i entered for the elemental hero shining flame wingman contest. shing fame wingman does not exist in real life. you just got confused with flare wingman.

Yeah,nice card but your effect will never come to intense like you wrote here,but it is fair and you should tweak it by adding some cost to it like paying 800 LP(Yeah,that's it).

But again if the effect does not resolve,and it probably won't(mostly) because of its ultimate ATK this card is underpowered in a sense of Fusion monsters invested in this card's summoning.(Fusion material s are the prob.).Don't just lower its ATK because then it will be even more underpowered,because of fUsion Mon. invested in.Get me?

There are 2 options for you left;(that's what I think anyway)

1.Change its fusion material monsters to weaker and then the ATK won't be high(considering the card logic(or if you want to overpassed logic make some hard condition effect).

2.OR just modify your mons. effect anew.

And yeah,your effect is balanced but on the other side it isn't so I cannot give you some exact tweak,only modification I can and may.

Hm...

So let's review this once more.

So you're ATK is too high which is reasonable due to your Fusion material monsters included in this Fusion.

And your effect is too underpowered because it cannot be activated so often(because of your monster's high ATK(your opponent can hardly even attack your monster)).

Your effect is not OK for that Fusion material monsters because they are a high cost for this card which's card effect is ruined by high ATK and DEF(esspecially ATK).

You should at least pay some LP if you want to Special Summon that monster of yours.

I am just trying to write--> your effect is not too good considering this difficult summoning conditions(2 cards that are already a Fusion and great fusions).Those types of summoning are the target of low level monsters and you better fuse some weaker monsters "Elemental Heros" to do the trick.

So here is my vision(hope it helps.);(I only based to your current original idea of your.)

(This effect would only be racional when there are some weaker E.H. monsters included like 1 strong E.H.(Fusion(Rampage blaster etc.)) and 1 Jinzo #7 for example,but in my excplanation below (vvv) ATK & DEF is based on your current card and effect on something more suitable(like try to change your material mons.);

-------------->This card can only be Fusion Summoned by above Fusion Material monsters.This card is unaffected by a Card Effects that specially designates this face-up card as a target.When this card destroyes your opponent's monster as a result of battle,by discarding 1 card from your hand and paying 500 Life Points,you can Special Summon any 1 monster from your Fusion Deck that includes "Elemental Hero"(except "Neos") in their card name to your side of the field.If there are 2 Special Summoned "Elemental Hero" by this card's effect at the same time on the field,destroy this card along with 1 "Elemental Hero" Special Summoned by this card's effect on your side of the field.

--->ATK->2800/2700(you choose)

--->DEF->2100
