Oh yea, its an Accel Synchro^ Wave World -Field Spell-Monsters cannot be Set, instead, are Normal Summoned in face-up Defence Position. Each time a monster is Summoned, place Wave Counters on it equal to its level. Increse the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field, by 100 points for each Wave Counter on that monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the battle damage inflicted to both player's Lifepoints is reduced by half. Wave-Lab -Spell-Destroy all Field Spell cards on the field, and activate 1 "Wave World" from your deck. Then, place 2 Wave Counters on each face-up monster on the field. Halo Wave -Continuous Spell-You can only activate this card, if you control a "Wave World". "Wave World" cannot be removed from the field, and other Field Spells cannot be activated. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, each time a Wave Counter is placed on a monster, place 3 more Wave Counters on that monster. During each player's End Phase, increse the Lifepoints of the turn player's Lifepoints by 300 points for each monster they control. Driving Force -Spell-Add 1 "Wave Rider" from your deck to your hand. Place 3 Wave Counters on a face-up monster on the field. Static-Teleport -Spell-Special Summon 1 "Wave Rider" from your deck. Your opponent draws 2 cards. During this turn, if you Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster, by using a "Wave Rider" that was Special Summoned by this effect as a Synchro Material monster, that Synchro Monster cannot attack, and it's efect cannot be activated, until the End Phase of this turn. Wave Jammer -Counter Trap-Remove 5 Wave Counters from the field to activate. Negate the Activate and effect of a Spell or Trap card, and Remove it from play. Then, you can add 1 "Wave Rider" from your deck or Graveyard to your hand. Mystic Draw Wave -Trap-You can only activate this card, when your Opponent Summons a monster. Remove 4 Wave Counters from a face-up monster you control, and draw 2 cards. Elemental Mix-Up -Trap-You can only activate this card, during your Opponent's End Phase, and only by discarding 1 Spell card. Special Summon 2 Elemental Tokens(LIGHT-Attribute/Machine-Type/3 Star/500ATK/1800DEF) to your side of the field in face-up Defence Position. The Attribute of the Elemental Tokens that were Special Summoned by this effect, are also treated as FIRE, WATER, WIND, and EARTH. Link to comment
