The card has to be balanced, long effect, non LIGHT or Divine card. Public judges and it last for four days after we post our cards. Than the poll will be open to judge to.Error, Bryce is my friends name in real life and I was thinking about him and wrote his name in it, you see. Common mistake, but anyhow, that is it.
