This card gains 300 ATK for each "Evil Hero" card you control. If your opponent has 3 or more cards on the field, halve the ATK and DEF of this card. When this card is destroyed by battle, pay 500 Life Points to destroy all cards your opponent controls.

I like this card, but it needs an OCH fix:

This thing seems a bit overpowered, but it does have a negative effect so I see no issues here, Hell Kaiser. 8.5/10.

 

Say, this card would look good in my Evil Hero Thread.

Most Evil Heroes are overpowered, but it's not as Op'd as JD or DAD. I made that in like 5 minutes, and I was tired so OCG was off.
