your task is to make a support card for this simple enough it may be a spell trap monster whatever as long as it supports this card

 

 

effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play from your Graveyard 3 Fiend type monsters. When this card is Summoned you may Special Summon 1 level 4 or below Fiend type monster from your Deck to your side of the field. When this card is sent to the Graveyard you may remove from play 2 Fiend type monster to Special Summon this monster in face-up Attack Position on your side of the field reducing its Attack and Defense by 900 points
