Captain Lawless
lol there's 3 light monarchs now: Zaborg, Kuraz, and Psychic Emperor. This guy is bad unless it's a deck that can really use him, like the Geafried Toolboxor decks where you have lots of ammo for him (Zeta Reticulant, etc)
~ P O L A R I S ~
Has a spot in my Appro Exodia, but even there, it isn't all that great. I've always found this thing useless.

Mister Sir
I tried this in Macro Monarchs once. It was actually ok. But ok only gets you so far.
.Gideon.
Damn I don't know why nobody likes him ! he is so far my Favorite Monarch He can destroy up to 2 cards on the field, even though he allows your opponent to draw, but still you can do alot of damage in this turn (and even win) before you allow your opponent to use the cards he drew this card. has potential, and he's never bad. Tempest Dahlia
I love this card... Him and caius are my favorites...He destroys 2 cards... And allows either player to draw... And his armor is Golden......He's perfect in macro... And he's perfect altogether... Think of all the havoc he can cause... And the look on you're opponent's face when he's done...Mufufufu, it's satisfying...

-Griffin
Could this guy see play in a Zombie World Deck? It makes his Summon via Mezuki/Book of Moon/Ect a +0, instead of the painful -1.

So you meant comparative advantage, that makes sense. In Macro Monarchs, Kuraz functions as a fair engine with D.D.R., but you'd have to drop it. With as little speed and consistency as it already has, Macro can barely make use of it.

Tribute summons, you lose a card in the hand and the field and gain one on the field, a -1. His analysis was completely correct.

Tribute him is a BAD idea. I'm saying he is my fav because his effect works even when he is Special Summoned. Think of the many good uses for him now. CotH, is a trap that is useless when heavy, mst, breaker, destroys it. It can be a useful chainable if you have Sangan or Kuraz. Opp activates heavyyou chain CotH and summon Kuraz, break CotH and Kuraz, Draw 2 cards. How's that bad in any way ? this is only 1 good use for him out of many others.. Cards that make Kuraz good.Premature (banned)COTHD.D.R. (Bad in monarchs even in macro) So it's 1 out of 40 cards. In a monarch deck. Of course in other decks (Tundo. Kuraz Explosion, CB ...) he works well, but I said that he is bad in monarchs ... .Gideon.
Yeah I know he is not that good in monarchs, but not totally Bad. I used him in chaos monarchs and he wasn't that bad. If I don't have LIGHTS in the grave he becomes worth the tribute. Tribute him, destroy him, draw 1 card, Summon Sorcerer. also yes of course, I know he can't attack the same turn he's summoned
