We were all sitting and talking, when basically, her hand gets closer to my hand, her thumb starts rubbing my hand, and we almost held hands. Doesn't seem like much, but it means she's pretty much with me. ;P Why the 'D:'? My friend comes down and says "Tyler, your moms waiting for you." Sadly, I didn't drive myself anywhere tonight. I'm starting to hate my mom and grandparents, and I'm going out of my way to do the opposite of what they do. My uncle is the same way about his parents (my grandparents.) I beleive communism should be stopped, but the ideals with intelligence is because Asian families think greately of education. Most of them work so hard to raise money to send their children to America [cause most Asian parents remain in Asia] so they can study grandly since we have the top educational system. The children who are sent here feel bad if they get anything lower then a B because their parents raised all that money for them to do well in school. Plus, the parents are strict on it because of the money they needed to raise for them. Though, even if your GF's parents are here, they are strict on education probably because they were sent to America to study. I know, because my mom was sent here to study as well. Asians tend to feel everyone who isn't [insert Asian nation here] is inferior to [insert Asian nation here]. You want to score some brownie points? Learn the language. I doubt its a hatred of "Caucasian economists", more of a uber-nationalism to their home country that forces them to insist their way is the best way.
