Poor Blue Eyes....

Recommended Posts

Well' date=' everyone got their own opinion...

Back in my previous years, when I first involved in Yu-Gi-Oh, this is one of the cards that I felt anxious at....I think until now, maybe....

in the early game, i never saw BEWD before i saw Lord of D. I figured the card is only good in combos and never by itself. Today, nothing has changed.

lol blue eyes was never a top card even when the game started. that status is given to summoned skull and relinquished. blue eyes was up their but it was never able to stand up to skull + recklessly (2 cards) to the lord of d combo (4 cards) the reason blue eyes wasnt played much aswell was because that one combo got killed of by trap hole.

But now high-level Normal monsters can be Summoned easily with Ancient Rules, Birthright, and Symbol of Duty, and not to mention Double Summon (when you can immediately Tribute Summon BEWD)....yeah, maybe even high ATK monster like BEWD couldn't stand up for itself.

lol you dont get it do you. think why are these cards not helping normal monsters when they are designed to????

answer: because you still wasting the same of more advantage to get the easier summon which is not worth it.

ok, this means that BEWD is a complete 'jerk' even if they have many support cards...

I think I would accept that. Even though BEWD is the strongest Normal Monster...

I love bewd but I'll have to agree with the rest. Back then it was good but not the best. Now It sucks. Though it is fun to use redmd to summon a bunch of blue-eyes then using a field-clearing card like lightning vortex and attack xD. Though I'll always love bewd because it's the first card I've ever gotten.

For this matter, I would like to say:

'Strive with what you have today, but don't forget to to cherish what you have got before'.

Blue-Eyes is way better than Judgment Dragon. I'm not even joking. Stupidly powerful =/= good.

FACT: Blue-Eyes is better than ever.

Please share the wisdom.

The developement of other decks aside' date=' when was [i']Blue-Eyes[/i] better than it is now, considering its current support versus its former lack thereof?

There are better 3000 ATK Special Summonable beatsticks to choose from.

Blue-Eyes can be Honested!? OMG!!

Normal Monsters don't have a reliable tuner. Normal Monsters actually don't have a reliable anything. 1900 ATK, then 1 Tribute for 2600 ATK, and 2 tributes for 3000 ATK. that's about it. They can all be Special Summoned, but who cares? They can only be meatshields or beatsticks, unless they have heavy support. Vanillas, i see, are best used as a Ramp or a Draft fodder for stronger monsters. or used as Vicious beatsticks with Non-Spellcasting Area or whatnot.

Ojamas are the only Normals i like.
