Here is my card for round 2. Its a eqip trap card i made. hope u like it! Also im going to try and pay those points for you once i get them :)

Card Description: Equip this card to 1 monster you control. The equipped monster's original ATK and DEF become 0. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle or by the effects of Spell, Trap, and Monster Cards (Damage Calculation is applied normally). Once per turn by Tributing 1 monster you control you can look at your opponent's hand and select 1 card in it. When your opponent activates, Summons, or Sets the selected card(s) inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. Destroy this card and the equipped monster if you have 2 or less cards in your hand during the End Phase of your turn.

During your first Battle Phase after this card is summoned remove 2 cards in your Graveyard from play. Your opponent must discard 1 card from his/her hand each time a monster card on your opponent's side of the field is destroyed by the effect of an effect monster, spell, or trap card. If "Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West" is on your side of the field when this card is summoned remove 300 from your lifepoints and increase this card's ATK by 200.

Effect-Once per turn, during your Main Phase, destroy 1 card on the field. If the selected card was a LIGHT, FIRE, or DARK monster your opponent discards 2 cards. If 1 or both of the discarded cards is a Spell or Trap Card take Battle Damage equal to this card's Level. If there is another LIGHT monster on the field this card gains 400 ATK and DEF.

[spoiler=Lore]After activation, equip this card to a face-up monster. Decrease the equipped monsters ATK by 1500. The equipped monster can attack your opponent directly. When the equipped monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card. If the Battle Damage inflicted is 0, destroy 1 face-up Spell or Trap Card and 1 face-up Monster Card instead.

Here's my card I hope it makes sense.

Effect:When a "Ravaged" monster is destroyed, all effects on that card that includes "The selected card is placed in your Graveyard then your Graveyard is flipped face down.", is negate and replaced with "The selected card is placed in your opponent's Graveyard then you flip your opponent's Graveyard face-down." You must draw from your opponent's Graveyard.

Can our spell have animals on it? If not, tell me and I will change the image on the card.

Each turn you may place 1 "Ice Counter" on one of your opponent's monsters for each "Ravaged" monster on your side of the field. All monsters with Ice Counter(s) cannot declare an attack. If a monster has 3 Ice Counters on it send that card back to its owners deck. Your opponent must shuffle his/her deck. For each card sent back to the Deck by this card's effect increase your lifepoints by 300. If any WATER monsters are sent back to the Deck by this card's effect you may Special Summon 1 "Ravaged Water Dragon" from your Deck or Graveyard.[/align]

[spoiler=Lore]Each time you draw cards from your Graveyard, you can draw twice that many cards instead. If you do, remove those cards from play during your End Phase. This card's effect cannot be activated unless a WATER monster was destroyed this turn. Each time a card is Set, return to your hand 1 card that is removed from play.

It's pretty hard but eh if you want ta know:

Monster-

It has to be a duel type, it must be one of these combination's:

a.DARK and FIRE

b.LIGHT and EARTH

c.WATER and WIND

The effect cannot have gaining ATK, DEF, or Life Points

The card cannot have Drawbacks

There can be no effects that include Special Summoning

Must be a Level 5 or lower

No more than 2000 ATK

Must have 0 DEF

The effect cannot have anything to do with destroying a Spell or Trap card

Trap-

Must be a Continuous

The card must not have draw backs

There can be no Gaining Life Points or ATK

The effect must have something to with gaining DEF

The gain must not be over 1000

The effect must also have to be something to do with drawing more cards.
