[spoiler=Kekkei-Genkai]The Shimoyake Eye:

Level 1 - When the user activates the eye, his or her chakra amount increases by 30% of the current amount.

Level 2 - When activated, the user's skin turns into ice, and has the ability to change chakra into ice, and use it as a projectile. Level 3 - When someone is at least within 5 feet of the user, that person will start to freeze very slowly, usually completely freezes around 1 or 2 hours within activation of level 3. When a person looks into the Shimoyake Eye during level 3, that person will start freezing even quicker. The range of the level 3 effect usually grows each time level 3 is activated. The Shimoyake Eye goes into its next level as the user masters it, or it activates automatically when the user is near death. A person who has completely mastered all 3 levels can activate and deactivate the Shimoyake Eye at will.

 

 

 

Personality: Kai is usually calm. But he gets irritated very easily, which would sometimes activate the Shimoyake Eye.

 

[spoiler=Bio] Kai was raised by his parents and he lived with them in a quiet part of the Hidden Mist Village, along with his aunt, uncle, and Kai's two cousins. He was taught to fight and use his Kekei-Genkai by his father and his uncle. Kai's eye was activated when one of his cousins was killed by a unknown rouge ninja. As Kai practiced, his eye eventually went into level 2. One day, when Kai was 15 (and was a Chunin), he woke up with blood on his shirt and pants, and his family dead. There was and envelope from his father. His father made it while he and an unconcious Kai were hiding in a closet. The letter contained money, a picture of Kai and his parents, and a letter which said that his father was going to fight the bandits who were attacking the town. Kai, after reading the letter, ran outside to find his father dead, with a sword in his hand. He held the sword, tears coming out of his eyes, then the Shimoyake Eye's level 3 activated. Two years after the incident, his cousins from his father's side had Kai live with them, somewhere in the Hidden Mist Village. Kai was invited into the Akatsuki at age 22, by an unknown member.

 

 

 

Extra: Kai wields the sword that his father used to fight of the bandits. Kai can sometimes freeze the blade for a certain amount of time to increase the damage done by the sword. Kai usually uses Water and Ice Style jutsus.

Personality: Toko is the opposite of his brother. Cruel, tough and somewhat smart. He doesn't care what happen as long as he get what he want.

[spoiler=Bio] Little is known about Toko as if he was the shadow of Soko. No one knew he was the brother of Soko until Soko acknowledge it. He left the village around when he was 13. The reason for this was unknown. It was rumor that a villiage member saw him walking with an Akatsuki member, yet it is not confirm whether he is an Akatsuki. Rumors also stated that he had inherited the Legendary Kekkei-Genkai, but this is yet too to be confirmed including how he obtained it. Any infomation about Toko is really rumors and guesses but only Soko known the true existence of Toko.

 

Extra: Toko techinque is unknown, but he always wear two scale bracelets on his wrists and refuse to wear the dark clothes the Akatsuki wear.

Kekkei-Genkai: Kurama Clan's Unnamed Kekkei Genkai

Personality: Soko is the opposite of his brother. Kind, cool and smart. He seem to care about his brother but it is unknown why.

[spoiler=Bio] Soko moved to the Leaf Village when he was little. Amazing he show remarkable progress even though his parents had died. Though it is unknown if he was born in the Kurama Clan, one thing is certain, Soko possesed a highly skill knowlege of genjutsu though his other skills in ninjutsu and taijutsu are too highly praise. Soko know that he must risk it all to defeated his brother so he tiresomely train, learn, and enhance any justu he can find and see.

 

Extra: Soko ability to copies anyone jutsus and use it against them make him a worthy opponent. He wield a two blades attach with chains that emit a dark charaka sometime.

The Kemuri have several aspects of their bloodline, but at the moment only two of them apply to Kyoukou. The Atgyou and the Katohinote. Atgyou is the tracking style used by the clan, to differentiate between people they can not physically see. This gives a heat-vision, allowing the user to determine the general location of people due to the difference in heat in that area. (Thermal vision basically)

The far more important aspect of this is the Katohinote however, the fire mixing. Kyou was gifted with the strongest fire of them all, Neton, Combustion Style. With this the youth uses normal fire jutsu at enormous power levels for a genin, overpowering other genin fire users easily. The last aspect of Neton is the use of explosions, causing enormous quantities of fire to erupt rapidly, sending people flying and causing severe burns in short periods of time.

 

Personality: Kyoukou is the very epidimy(sp?) of cocky. His version of Fire Style techniques are incredibly powerful, and he's fully aware of it, often taking every opportunity to show off. Aside from this, he's a relatively normal acting youth, with the capacity to analyze adequately if he has to, but preferring to just blow them all up...

[spoiler=Bio:] The son of Ayatsuri Hibo and Kemuri Taika, he took his mother's name due to his unawareness of who his father was. The fact that his bloodline lends itself to her side of the family, not his. He only found out about his father at eleven, and from their began to emulate him greatly, much to both parents' concerns.But now his former country, the Land of fire, now seek him out, for plotting to overthrow its government and being involved in numerous assassinations, including one of a feudal lord of an unknown country

Kekkei-Genkai: Magumakon (Magma Soul): Gives control of Fire, Earth, and Magma releases. Still has to Train to master them.

 

Personality: Keishin is quiet even though he is an S-rank criminal. He is a kind person at heart, but tends to get ticked easily.Very Stoic, second only to Darkrai.

 

Bio: Keishin is a bit withdrawn, but a Strong fighter. He is an Ex-Kumo Nin. He ran away from Kumo after killing someone in a fit of rage on a mission. Now He is hunted and is in Akatsuki for personal reasons. He is currently partnered with Hirikiri, although he does not care for his bloodlust.

 

Extra: Uses a Scarlet colored Broad sword called Youganken. It can be used for Magma, Earth, and Fire Style Jutsu as Support. Magumakon is what causes his fits of Rage. It's drawback is a BAD temper.

Fire Style: Fireball jutsu.

Fire Style: Phoenix Flower jutsu.

Fire Style: Dragon Flame jutsu.

Pageant of flames: Uses the three basic fire Jutsu (Dragon Flame, Phoenix Flower, and Fireball) to create a Giant Spinning Fire pillar .

Magma Style: Volcanic Claw: Creates a giant Earth and Lava Claw that attacks whoever is designated.

Magma Style: Earth Grip Destruction: Earth Grabs the enemies arms and legs, and then Makes *Magma erupt out of the earth holding them.

Earth Style: Mud wall

Personality: He is very dark and sinister. He cares for no man but every woman he sees.

Bio:He was abandoned by his parents when he was 5 year old.He was found after a great battle by a sound village warlord and was tooken and and raised by him.One day Hirikiri turned on his foster parents and murdered them both and disappeared. 5 years later he met up with Darkrai and joined the new Akatsuki. Now the only thing Hirikiri longs for is the sight of blood being spilled.

Extra: Uses a katana a sythe and a set of claws with built in sound amplifiers(Same thing as Dosu used)
