I suggest that you have some experience with making cards for this. It will be very, very hard. Also i suggest you know how Unions and Toons work. Feel free to update the effects b4 the day ends

Rules:

1. You must make 2 cards

2. 1 of the 2 cards must be a Union, the other a Toon

3. The Union must be equipped to the Toon you made

4. They must follow Union/Toon rules (such as toons can only be summoned while toon world is on the field, and unions can only be equipped to specific monsters)

5. Toon must have 8 stars

6. Union must have 2500 DEF or less

 

Prizes:

1st Place +3 rep and 100 points

2nd Place +2 rep and 50 points

3rd Place +1 rep and 25 points

This is hard but im in and here are my cards:

When this card is Special Summoned, if you have "Toon world" on the field, select and activate 1 "Zombie World" from your Deck or Graveyard. While "Zombie World" is on the field, once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select and activate 1 "Toon World" from your Deck.

When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. When this card attacks directly, its gain 400 ATK for each "Toon" and Zombie-Type monsters on the field and in any Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed during your Battle Phase.

Once per turn, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a face-up Toon Zombie-Type monster on your side of the field as an Equip Card, OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster cannot be destroyed by its own effect and it can attack directly. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.)

Card Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while "Toon World" is on your field. You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for Level 5 or higher monsters. When "Toon World" on your field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If your opponent controls a face-up Toon monster, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. Decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 300 for each face-down card on both player's field. If this card's ATK is less than 1800, this card can attack your opponent directly even if your opponent controls a face-up Toon monster.

Card Effect:

Once per turn, during your Main or Standy Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to your "Fateful Demon Enchantress" or "Toon Demon Enchantress" as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and send both cards to your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Wicked Demon Enchantress" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, the monster equipped with this card is unaffected by the effects of Spell and Monster card effects.

If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target. After each monster this card destroys, it loses 200 ATK. When this card's ATK is decreased to 2050, you can Special Summon 1 "The Witch's Mystic Broom" from your hand or Deck.

 

Union:

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to your "Toon Wicked Witch" as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, increase the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 800 points. By paying 400 Life Points, the equipped monster's effects are negated. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)
