JD at 1 would still be a problem, as the opponent can still win BECAUSE of JD even if they were losing previously. And no offense, but you sounds like lolKonami's targeted audience: those who think that buying cards endlessly will improve their chances of winning the game.

Instead of paying my rent i bought 2 Judgment Dragons.

 

and then won a local tourney and sold a Judgment Dragon i pulled from a Turbo Pack to pay for my rent.

 

Judgment at 2 is fine. You just need to run Destruction Jammer, My Body as a Shield, Black Horn of Heaven, and for the fun of it, Light-Imprisoning Mirror. Those are all budget cards to STOP Judgment Dragon.

 

These are easy to get for a reason.

no offense taken but think about it, lolnami will always find a way to make people buy cards however they're not in control of the prices some of the hobby stores sell the cards for so i see the error in my statement before. Still on the topic of JD. limiting it to 1 is not a bad decision considering DAD is at 1 as well. JD can be prevented if you build your deck to the current meta. JD at 2 is ridiculous and with the new bannlist has them at a HUGE advantage.

 

prediction: skill drain decks will get to top ten but i think LS for the win this meta.

Oh yeah, I missed those. I was thinking of things I use to blow up Judgment Dragons without having to worry about limiting myself or possibly losing power myself.

Royal Oppression and Skill Drain are awesome, but most of my decks rely on Special Summons and effects.

LS doesn't need to get hit with the banlist too much. JD at 2 is fine. COLB might get semi'd. However that's pretty much it. JD hardly needs banning or even limiting. Anyways LS is powerful but not broken. Though you can never predict what konami will do. GB I feel aren't that competitive anymore what with solemn, summoner monk, rescue cat, and cold wave getting limited. BTH got semi'd too. W/o those cards GB probably won't do as well but I think it will still survive as a tier 1 deck.

Unfortunately, the cost is beneficial to the person using it but apparently konami can't figure that out. I haven't read this entire thread, but has anyone mentioned HONEST??? I mean think about it, Honest can be activated from the hand, so it's very difficult to stop. It automatically runs over pretty any attack position monster, and the only real way to counter it is with another honest. Imagine what would have happened had this been released with the original chaos cards. This card would have been banned back when the best support for this was sanctuary decks, with lightsworn around now, there's no way it should still be here. Lightsworn > Sanctuary x 100

Hones I think should be semi, JD limited, and CotLB semi. CotLB isn't the problem with LS but it definatly doesn't deserve to be at 3.
