The colors look good, and the actions that are present look fairly interesting amusing. It is a little tough on the eyes [it seems to bright], but the dark purple takes that essance a little down. Random scan line effect on the left is random. Wrong colours. They don't have any relation. You should've kept the same kind of element-based idea on the left and right. You should've only sharpened the important parts. Sharpening all or most of everything really doesn't help the tag. You're getting better. Keep going.
