-Berserker-
I find this card absolutely pointless. Requires Flame Swordsmen(a waste of poly) and Dark Magician. This card has only 2200 atk points while DM has 2500. It's only use is getting out Mirage Knight which as far as I'm concerned no one uses. Mirage Knight is exactly the reason of this card. Actually, Flame Swordsman can be summoned with Instant Fusion, so it is easier to summon this guy. At least Mirage Knight can be kept on the field with Imperial Iron Wall. This card is needed in a deck based on Mirage Knight. Other that that, this card has little purpose. evilfusion
You could always fuse Dark Magician with a Fusion substitute card (King of the Swamp, Hex-Sealed Fusions, etc), rather than Flame Swordsman. And of course, the main point is for Mirage Knight, which you can preserve using cards like Imperial Iron Wall so its RFG downside doesn't kick in. As for what the purpose of the card was when it came out in DCR, prior to fusion substitute, we may never know.
-Berserker-
Activate Instant fusion. Summon Flame Swordsman. Normal Summon The Hex-Sealed Dark. Activate it's effect and you have this card. Place it in defense position so your opponent can destroy it easily by battle.

Felix
If you are retarded enough to use this card you're even more retarded if you actually use Flame Swordsman for the Fusion.

DIVINE FTW!You still had to Release monsters to summon them.(except for Relinquished)Plus, there was the godly awesome Restrict. it steals a monster, and powers it up by 1000. No draw-back, what so ever. And Dark Flare Knight was awesome. You discard it, it "creates" a Mirage Knight.Mirage Knight, at the end of the turn disappears and 'creates' the fusion material monsters that was used for Dark Flare Knight.Epic. Jericho
Must be killed by battle. FFFFFFFFFU- Of course it takes terrible materials wich also sucks. So it just sucks in general Hi. You must have not read the card effect beyond the material. Any damage to the controller of this card from battle involving this monster becomes 0. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of a battle' date=' Special Summon 1 "Mirage Knight" from your hand or Deck.[/quote'] The point is to ram this into your opponent's monster. Also, we've already went over how easy it is to get this out.
