Hello! I came up with an idea for this card, and I was wondering if I should base an archetype around it. If you think so, I'll post more card based on it.

 

Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom

EARTH

Level 8

Rock/Effect

When this card is Summoned, remove from play 2 "New Kingdom" monsters from your hand or Deck, and place 4 Food Counters on this card. During either player's turn, you can remove from play 1 monster you control. If you do, increase this card's ATK by half the removed monster's ATK, and place 2 Food Counter on this card. During each of your End Phases, take 1000 damage for each monster currently removed from play by this card's effect. You can remove remove Food Counters from this card to reduce the damage taken from this effect by 1000 for each removed counter. During either player's turn, you can Special Summon a monster that was removed from play by this effect by decreasing this card's ATK by half of the Special Summoned monster's ATK. If this card would be destroyed, remove 1 Siege Counter from this card instead.

Normal Spell Card

Activate only at the beginning of Main Phase 1. Special Summon "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" from your hand Deck, or Graveyard, and end your turn.

 

Castle Reinforcement

Normal Spell Card

Place 1 Siege Counter on a card you control. Add 1 "Castle Reinforcement" from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Castle Reinforcement" per turn.

 

New Kingdom Mason

EARTH

Level 3

Warrior/Effect

While this card is on the field or removed from play, you can add 1 "Castle Reinforcement" from your Deck to your hand. If "Castle Reinforcement" is activated, place 1 Siege Counter on a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control. You can add 3 "Castle Reinforcement" Spell Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck to draw 2 cards.

Food Delivery!

Normal Spell Card

Activate only while you control "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom." Place Food Counters on "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" equal to to the current number of monsters removed from play by it's effect. +2. Add 1 "Food Delivery!" from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Food Delivery!" per turn.

 

New Kingdom Baker

EARTH

Level 3

Warrior/Effect

While this card is on the field or removed from play, you can add 1 "Food Delivery!" from your Deck to your hand. If "Food Delivery!" is activated, place 1 Food Counter on a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control. You can add 3 "Food Delivery!" Spell Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck to draw 2 cards.

New Kingdom Lancecrafter

Level 4

Warrior/Effect

When this card on the field is removed from play, increase the ATK of 1 "New Kingdom" monster you control by 500. That monster inflicts piercing damage.

Level 2

Machine/Effect

The following effects can activate while this card is removed from play. When this card is removed from play, increase the ATK of a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control by 1000. You can remove 2 Smith Counters from a card you control to destroy a card on the field. Once per turn, while this card is removed from play, place 1 Food Counter on a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control.

Note: In case you are wondering, the reason for the cannon placing food counters is so while it's removed from play, you don't take damage for it, and cannons generally don't need to be fed. Also, see above note.

 

Castle Armory

Normal Spell Card

You can only activate 1 "Castle Armory" per turn. Place 1 Smith Counter on a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control and add 1 "Castle Armory" from your Deck to your hand.

 

New Kingdom Blacksmith

EARTH

Level 4

Warrior/Effect

Once per turn, while this card is on the field or removed from play, you can add 1 "Castle Armory" from your Deck to your hand. If "Castle Armory" is activated, place 1 Smith Counter on a "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom" you control. You can add 3 "Castle Armory" Spell Cards from your Graveyard to your Deck to draw 2 cards.

New Kingdom Services

Normal Spell Card

Pay 1000 Life Points. Add 2 "New Kingdom" monsters from your Deck to your hand.

 

Enter the Castle

Remove from play 2 "New Kingdom" monsters from your Deck. These cards are treated as if they were removed from play by "Moving Fortress of the New Kingdom.

That's a cool card. I can't think of any cards to supplement it other than cards like Scout Plane and Survivor.

Thanks! The basic idea of the card is to get a bunch of monsters removed from play to boost up the fortress, if the card's to weak to stand on it's own. Then you can "open the doors of the fortress" to summon some of the monsters that were "inside" (removed from play by it.)

 

My ideas for it were pretty lame. Yours are much better. Thanks!

I get it. It's like the removed from play monsters are inside the fortress' date=' beefing it up. That's a really neat concept. You should make some support!

I will! Thanks! I'm also thinking of changing around the fortress itself, so you have to pay "Food Counters" for each card "inside the fortress".

Just some ideas, aside from mine, the entire idea is quite good

Hmm... I would make the Fortress have to remove Food Counters for each monster removed and only take half damage from the ones that weren't paid for. Other than that I like the new Fortress! Keep it up! OH and you can use those cards I made up. I'm not attached to them.;)

The trouble with the food counters is I don't know how to phrase how you pay life points For Each Guy if you don't have enough food.

This was the best I could do.:( I couldn't figure out how to word it so I made into a fixed amount. Also, I think that you should put 2 counters on it when a monster is removed because after 1 turn you're taking massive damage. I say you need a little time to draw the Chef and Food Delivery because if you don't have them then you're out of luck.
