EnkoMaun
Err, I dunno. Anti mill tech?Perhaps goes along with reckless greed. But it's still outclassed. Fun fact: It's a real old card, but it's newly introduced to TCG.So is Time Machine. So is Virus Cannon.

But as for this card its not bad but i dunno what the point of it is when you have tribute to the doomed which is better in my opinion. But, if you're running LS than i guess this could be good. I think so, discarding to destroy 1 monster on the field is better than skipping a draw phase, but, as i said before if you run LS i think it could be useful but if you run anything else that has generic revival in it Tribute to the Doomed is better. The only advantage that offering has to doomed is that it can destroy any card but that's about it.

EnkoMaun
I have the origional Super Rare verson of Tribute to the Doomed. :]So do i! ^.^ But, erm... somebody hide this topic from Crab. Does Tribute to the Doomed's effect count as a cost?Because it only says "Discard 1 card."I don't see a "to" there. I'll research.

b0b3rt
Offerings is hardly worth running even with 3 Greed, mostly because it takes up space. I'd rather have a potential -1 with Lightning Vortex, even if Offerings wouldn't cost you anything.

EnkoMaun
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Virus_Cannon Look at the alternate, right below the japanese names. And it's released at CSOC. So is Time Machine. But Bandit Keith used it against Joey in the anime, and it exists in a lot of YGO games I played.

Exiro
If your deck doesn't already run cards that let you discard cards while you need to discard cards for your strategy, Tribute to the Doomed is better. Otherwise, Offerings to the Doomed. However, if you need to discard cards for your strategy, you should run PWWB/Destruction Preventer/Snipey/whatever. Anything's better than Tribute to the Doomed for discarding.

Guest PikaPerson01
Lightning Vortex, Raigeki Break, and Phoenix Wing Wind Blast all do it better then Tribute to the Doomed. Offerings to the Doomed might work after a Reckless Greed chain. That guy who was talking about anti-mill is stupid.
