Yes, as I told before, I hate making one thread for an archetype. I'd rather make sets of different cards.

From now on, this is where I post my archetypes, ones that aren't included in the boosters.

 

A new booster is coming soon, too.

[spoiler=The Kingdom of Ropheg]

Argus, Knight of Ropheg (* * * *) EARTH

Warrior/Effect - ATK 1400 DEF 1900

If a monster on your side of the field is selected as an attack target, you can switch this card to Defense Position and redirect the attack to this card. If this card battles a DARK monster, destroy it after damage calculation.

 

Limidan, Archer of Ropheg (* * *) WIND

Warrior/Effect - ATK 1500 DEF 1200

During your Battle Phase, if this card is in Defense Position, you can toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, destroy 1 monster on the field. If it is a DARK monster, your opponent takes 1000 damage.

 

Tardes, Bard of Ropheg (* * *) EARTH

Spellcaster/Tuner - ATK 1100 DEF 1000

Once per turn, you can change the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. If this card is in Defense Position, increase the ATK and DEF of all "Ropheg" monsters by 800, and decrease the ATK and DEF of all DARK monsters by 500.

 

Garret, Chemist of Ropheg (* *) LIGHT

Spellcaster/Tuner - ATK 900 DEF 700

During each of your End Phases, put 1 counter on this card. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 500 for each counter on it. You can Tribute this Defense Position card to destroy monsters on the field equal to the counters on this card. If you destroyed a DARK monster, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of this card.

 

Kain, Dragoon of Ropheg (* * * *) WIND

Warrior/Effect - ATK 1600 DEF 1700

You can return this Defense Position card back to your hand to destroy 1 monster on the field. If it was a DARK monster, draw 2 cards.

 

Yang, Monk of Ropheg (* * * *) EARTH

Warrior/Effect - ATK 1000 DEF 0

If this card battles, the ATK of this card becomes 2000 until the End Phase of the turn. If this card battles a DARK monster, the ATK of this card becomes 3000 until the End Phase of the turn. Switch this card to Defense Position during the End Phase of the turn this card battled.

 

Elaine, Priest of Ropheg (* * *) LIGHT

Spellcaster/Effect - ATK 1000 DEF 2000

During each of your End Phases, increase your Life Points by 500 for each Defense Position monster on the field. If a "Ropheg" monster battles a DARK monster, double the ATK of the "Ropheg" monster.

 

Kester, Wizard of Ropheg (* * * *) EARTH

Spellcaster/Effect - ATK 1000 DEF 2000

During each of your End Phases, inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each Defense Position monster on the field. If a "Ropheg" monster battles a DARK monster, double the ATK of the "Ropheg" monster.

 

Gronolth, Sage of Ropheg (* * * * * *) LIGHT

Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect - ATK 1800 DEF 2500

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

All Defense Position "Ropheg" monsters gain 700 ATK. Once per turn, by discarding 1 card, you can take 1 Spell Card from your Deck. If the Spell Card is activated, you take 1000 damage.

 

Gestahl, King of Ropheg (* * * * * *) EARTH

Warrior/Synchro/Effect - ATK 1100 DEF 2100

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

All monsters on the field are treated as DARK. During your End Phase, Tribute 1 "Ropheg" monster you control. If you cannot, return this card to your Extra Deck and Special Summon 2 "Ropheg" monsters from your Graveyard.

 

Cecil, Master Blader of Ropheg (* * * * * *) WIND

Warrior/Synchro/Effect - ATK 2500 DEF 500

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

If this card is in Defense Position, it can attack directly. During battle between a monster this Defense Position monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your Life Points.

 

Scholastic Closemind

Continuous Spell Card

All Attack Position cards on the field are treated as DARK monsters. Pay 500 Life Points during your Standby Phase. If you cannot, destroy this card.

 

Blade of Ropheg

Equip Spell Card

Equip only to a "Ropheg" monster. It can attack while in Defense Position. If it attacks in Defense Position, apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation.

 

Shield of Belief

Continuous Spell Card

"Ropheg" monsters in Defense Position cannot be destroyed by battle. If a "Ropheg" monster is destroyed by a card effect, decrease your Life Points by half of the ATK of the "Ropheg" monster.

 

Slayship of the Unholy Ones

Normal Trap Card

Activate only when a DARK monster attacks. Destroy all DARK monsters on the field, then decrease your Life Points by 300 for each monster destroyed by this effect.

 

 

[spoiler=The Death Star]

Mainframe of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

If this card would be destroyed, destroy 1 "Death Star" card you control instead. During each player's End Phases, you can take 1 "Death Star" card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is destroyed, inflict 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

Plasma Cannon of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

Once per turn, if "Mainframe of the Death Star" is on the field, you can inflict 800 damage to your opponent's Life Points. You cannot activate the effect of this card if the effect of a "Death Star" card has been activated during the Main Phase.

 

Obilerator Ray of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

Once per turn, if "Mainframe of the Death Star" is on the field, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. You cannot activate the effect of this card if the effect of a "Death Star" card has been activated during the Main Phase.

 

Energy Shield of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

As long as this card is face-up on the field, you cannot Normal Summon. Monsters on your side of the field cannot be destroyed by battle. If a monster is destroyed by a card effect, inflict 600 damage to your opponent's Life Points. You cannot activate the effect of this card if the effect of a "Death Star" card has been activated during the Main Phase.

 

Scope Laser of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

Once per turn, if "Mainframe of the Death Star" is on the field, you can destroy up to 2 Spell or Trap Cards. You cannot activate the effect of this card if the effect of a "Death Star" card has been activated during the Main Phase.

 

Barracks of the Death Star

Continuous Spell Card

Once per turn, if "Mainframe of the Death Star" is on the field, you can Special Summon 1 monster with an ATK of 1500 or less from your Deck. You cannot activate the effect of this card if the effect of a "Death Star" card has been activated during the Main Phase.

 

Star Energiser Wave

Field Spell Card

If this card is face-up on the field, "Death Star" cards can activate their effects if another "Death Star" card has been activated during this turn.

 

Engineer of the Death Star (* * *) LIGHT

Machine/Effect - ATK 1400 DEF 1200

You can pay 1000 Life Points to add 1 "Death Star" card from your Deck to your hand. The card added by this effect cannot be activated.

 

Scrapbuilder of the Death Star (* * *) LIGHT

Machine/Effect - ATK 1200 DEF 1400

Once per turn, you can add 1 "Death Star" card from your Graveyard to your Deck. Then shuffle your Deck.

 

Guardian of the Death Star (* * * * *) LIGHT

Machine/Effect - ATK 100 DEF 2500

As long as this card is face-up on the field, any card with the name "Death Star" in it cannot be destroyed by card effects.

 

Doom Armada - The Death Star (* * * * * * * * * *) DARK

Machine/Effect - ATK 5000 DEF 0

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by destroying 5 "Death Star" cards on the field. If this card is added from the Deck to your hand, destroy it. Once per turn, activate 1 of these effects. If one of these effects are activated, you cannot attack.

  • Inflict 1500 damage to your opponent's Life Points.
  • Destroy up to 3 monsters on the field.
  • Your opponent cannot Normal Summon, Flip Summon or Special Summon until your next Standby Phase.
  • Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. If a card(s) is chained to the activation of this card, negate the effect of the card(s) and destroy it.
  • Increase the ATK of 1 Special Summoned monster by 1000.

Termino Sealmaster (* * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 1400 DEF 1500

When this card is Summoned, select up to 2 Set cards on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate/flip face up the selected cards.

 

Termino Widegrabber (* * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 1600 DEF 1100

When this card is Summoned, you can remove it from play to send 1 card in your opponent’s hand back to the opponent’s Deck.

 

Termino Portal (* *) DARK

Spellcaster/Tuner – ATK 900 DEF 500

If this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to Special Summon 1 other removed from play “Termino” monster. Once per turn, you can remove 1 card from the top of your Deck from play to increase the ATK of this card by 1000 until the End Phase.

 

Termino Cardguard (* * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 100 DEF 1500

You can Normal Summon this card in face-up Defense Position. As long as this card remains on the field, whenever a player takes damage, that player cannot Special Summon monsters except “Termino” monsters until the Standby Phase of their next turn. If this card is attacked, you can remove from play 1 monster from your Deck to the Graveyard to increase the DEF of this card by 1000.

 

Termino Blader (* * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 1200 DEF 1800

During your Standby Phase, your opponent must discard 2 cards from their hand. If they cannot, double the ATK of this card until your next Standby Phase.

 

Termino Blob Shooter (* * * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 1800 DEF 1900

You can Normal Summon this card by removing from play 1 monster on in your Deck. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster on the field. Your opponent cannot use the Monster Card Zone that occupied the destroyed monster. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn this card is activated.

 

Termino Psychopath (* * * * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect – ATK 2400 DEF 1000

As long as this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate or Set Trap cards. During your End Phase, pay 800 Life Points. If you cannot, destroy this card.

 

Termino Harbringer (* * * * * * * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Synchro/Effect – ATK 2100 DEF 2400

“Termino Portal” + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can send it to the Graveyard to Special Summon as many removed from play “Termino” monsters as you can to your side of the field. When a monster Special Summoned by this effect is destroyed, decrease your Life Points by 1000.

 

Termino Darkbright (* * * * * *) DARK

Spellcaster/Effect - ATK 1500 DEF 1100

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Remove from play the monsters that were used to Synchro Summon this card. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 for each card removed from play by this effect. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 of your removed from play monsters. If this card is destroyed during your turn, your opponent cannot Normal Summon or Set during their next turn.

 

Termino Trap Door

Normal Spell Card

Send any number of “Termino” monsters from your side of the field to the Graveyard, and pay 500 Life Points for each monster sent to the Graveyard. Destroy cards on the field equal to the number of “Termino” monsters sent to the Graveyard by this effect. The Card Zones occupied by the cards that were destroyed cannot be used until the End Phase of your opponent’s turn.

 

Foolish Removal

Normal Spell Card

Remove 1 monster in your Deck from play. Then shuffle your Deck.

 

Terminal Error

Normal Trap Card

When the effect of a "Termino" monster is negated, you can send it to the Graveyard. The controller of the card that negated the effect of the "Termino" monster discards 1 card from their hand.

 

Termino Zone Morph

Continuous Spell Card

Each time a Spell or Trap Card is activated, Special Summon 1 "Fake Termino Token" (DARK/Fiend-Type/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Mode. This token cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. As long as a "Fake Termino Token" is on the field, "Termino" monsters can attack directly. If a "Termino" monster attacks directly, the Battle Damage becomes 400.

An Archtype which loves Defense, hates DARK, what more could I ask for? It's a little anti-meta, but has a card to let them stand against others, and a nice bit original, I miss good ol' def position~

 

You might want to add "once per turn" to the Bard, though.

And either make a card which will let you use it often, or give the Blade of Ro the power to put itself back in your hand for a small cost, it seems like it's very helpful to the set.

I'm not done with "Ropheg" yet, I still have Synchros to add.

 

Blade of Ropheg does way too much anyway, attacking in defense position is already a nice trait, but it would perhaps be way too OP'd if I made it go back to the hand.

 

I'll add the synchros, and perhaps another archetype today!
