Neither.'Cause the Naruto TCG went swimmingly. That TCG is uber confusing and super hard to play.And I know no example of an Anime based off of a TCG, but considering it's based off of a TCG, it can't be good. Mortal Kombat was a pretty good game-to-movie thing.But if we include Anime in movies - there are bunches of good Anime-based games.2. I know no Anime based on TCG...
