I can't donate, ohnoooooooooes

I has shop. In said shop I has, a little member named #1 arbiter fan accidentally sent me 2 too many points for his sprites. So I click on his Points thingy and try to donate, but when I click it says "Sorry there is an error. Please check that you allowed to donate and you have selected a recipient."

 

Is this because of the # symbol in his name, or squish? Should I try donating to his earlier username mshldm1234?

Probably you're not allowed to give him points because of some unknown reason.

Go to his profile select Donate under MYPS Info. Then enter a number, and a reason
