VOC Booster Pack: Forces Of Nature

Hi! I got the next booster pack in my saga right here. Don't worry though I made these cards just a few weeks ago instead of 5 years ago like the last booster pack. So as I promised these will be good (At least it should be).

 

From now on I am going to experiment by putting a pack profile before the cards to give general information about the pack. Please feel free to give constructive criticism there as well as on the cards. Also from now on unless otherwise noted all booster packs will have 60 cards total with 14 rares, 7 super-rares, and 4 Ultra-rares. Please enjoy and thank you for your time!

 

Abbreviation: FON

 

Cover Card: "Hero of Time" battling "Devourer of time"

 

Theme: Time, Seasons, Chinese Zodiac, Plants, Growing, Nature.

 

Flavor: The passage of time flows through endless cycles. Those who call fourth the element of time knows endless power. Several divine, demonic, and mortal spirits fight for control of a force so powerful. Perhaps none better then the plants truly understand this force for with each cycle they grow and expand at frightening rates.

 

Mechanics: New Archtype for Field cards. Several monsters that benefit from the presence or lack of an active Field card. Strong fusions with useful effects. Many new Plant monsters and Plant support cards with effects including summoning and taking advantage of Tokens, healing Life Points, Trap monsters, and overall gaining power as turns pass by.

Effect: Increase this monster’s ATK and DEF by 1000 if there is a face-up Field magic card active. If this card inflicts battle damage increase your Life points by 500.

Effect: Increase this monster’s ATK and DEF by 1000 if there is a face-up Field magic card active. If this card inflicts battle damage inflict 300 Direct Life Point damage to your opponent.

 

The Spirit of Autumn

Wind/Fairy/2

Atk: 800 Def: 1000

Effect: Increase this monster’s ATK and DEF by 1000 if there is a face-up Field magic card active. If this card inflicts battle damage return 1 magic/trap card on your opponent’s field to their hand.

 

The Spirit of Winter

Water/Fairy/2

Atk: 800 Def: 1000

Effect: Increase this monster’s ATK and DEF by 1000 if there is a face-up Field magic card active. If this card inflicts battle damage change the battle position of 1 face-up monster on the field.

 

Wandering Warrior

Earth/Warrior/3

Atk: 1200 Def: 1500

Text: An aimless warrior looking for a purpose and something to protect.

 

Time Flyer

Wind/Winged-Beast/3

Atk: 900 Def: 1300

Effect: If there is a face-up Field Magic card active this monster can Attack your opponent’s life points directly.

 

Time Burner

Fire/Pyro/3

Atk: 600 Def: 1000

Effect: Send 1 face-up Field Magic card on your side of the field to the graveyard to inflict 800 points of direct Life Point damage to your opponent.

 

Evolving Serpent

Water/Reptile/3

Atk: 1500 Def: 1200

Effect: If this card would be destroyed you may send 1 face-up Field Magic card on your side of the field to the graveyard instead.

 

Yearly Summoner

Earth/Spellcaster/2

Atk: 200 Def: 600

Flip Effect: Add 1 Field Spell Card with “Year of the” in the title from your Deck or graveyard to your hand.

 

Collecting Plant

Dark/Plant/5

Atk: 2000 Def: 1700

Text: This devious organism seeks out other plants to add to its hive mind. In a short time it could cover the world.

 

Lotus Champion

Earth/Plant/6

Atk: 2300 Def: 2600

Effect: You may normal summon this monster without tribute if you have 3 or more face-up Plant Type Monsters on your side of the field.

 

Ivy Fighter

Earth/Plant/4

Atk: 1500 Def: 1200

Effect: This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for every Token monster on your side of the field.

 

Solar Plant

Light/Plant/4

Atk: 1200 Def: 1700

Effect: This card gains 300 ATK for every face-up Light Monster on your field other then itself. During your main phase you may tribute a face-up Light Monster to gain 1000 Life Points.

 

Determined Lilia LV1

Earth/Plant/1

Atk: 0 Def: 0

Effect: If this monster would be destroyed you may tribute a Plant-Type monster on your side of the field instead. During your Standby Phase, by sending this face-up card to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 “Determined Lilia LV3" from your hand or Deck graveyard.

 

Calling Forth the Seasons

Add 1 “The Spirit of Spring”, “The Spirit of Summer”, “The Spirit of Autumn”, or “The Spirit of Winter” monster card from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

 

Healing Harvest

Magic

Tribute every Plant-Type monster on your field to gain Life points equal to 800 per tribute Monster.

 

Future Nutrition

Magic/ Continuous

Every time ether player summons, flip summons or special summons a Plant Type Monster that player gains 300 Life Points.

 

Magical Plant Seed

Magic/Continuous

Every time you or your opponent plays a Magic card place 1 spell counter on this card. When this card has 5 spell counters on it you may send this card to the graveyard to Special Summon Magical Plant Blossomed from your hand, deck, or graveyard. If this face-up card would be destroyed you may remove a spell counter from it instead.

 

Quick Planting

You and your opponent may each special summon 1 Level 3 or lower Plant Type Monster from the respective hand to the field.

 

Year of the Dragon

Magic/Field

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Dragon type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Snake

Magic/Field

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Reptile type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Horse

Magic/Field

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Warrior type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Goat

Magic/Field

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Token Monsters by 500.

 

Year of the Monkey

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Machine type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Rooster

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. While this card is active control of monsters cannot switch.

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. A player may draw 1 cards from their deck and then discard 1 card from their hand once per turn at their standby phase.

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Level 1 monsters by 500.

 

Year of the Ox

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Beast-Warrior type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Tiger

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Increase the Atk and Def of all Beast type monsters by 300.

 

Year of the Rabbit

Effect: If another field-magic card is played while this card is face-up on the field it returns to the owner’s hand from the graveyard during the end phase. Whenever a player draws a card (or cards) that player gains 300 life points.

 

Dynamic New Years

Return 1 Field Magic card on the field to its owner’s hand. Then play 1 Field Magic card from your hand.

 

Undying Plants

Trap

Until the end of the turn this card is activated. Plant Type Monsters are not destroyed in battle (Damage Calculation Applies Normally).

 

Trap Flower

The second standby phase after this card is activated it special summon it and it is treated as a Normal Monster Card (Plant-Type/DARK/Level 7/ATK 2500/DEF 2000). (This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.)

 

Burn-Feeding Plant

Trap/ Continuous

This card can only be activated when you would take damage by your opponent’s card effect. Negate the damage and special summon this card. Then this card is treated as a Effect Monster Card (Plant-Type/Fire/Level 4/ATK ?/DEF ?). ? is equal to the damage negated by this card’s effect.(This card is also still treated as a Trap Card.)

Protector of Time

Atk: 2100 Def: 2900

Effect: As long as this card is face-up, the activation of Field Magic cards cannot be negated. Field Magic cards can only be destroyed by the activation of Field Magic cards.

 

Prehistoric Rex

Earth/Dinosaur/4

Atk: 2000 Def: 1700

Effect: If there is a face-up Field Magic card active this monster is destroyed.

 

Ageless Beast

Earth/Beast/4

Atk: 1600 Def: 1200

Effect: If there is a face-up Field Magic card active this monster is not destroyed as a result of battle (Damage Calculation applies normally).

 

Stalking Tiger

Earth/Beast/4

Atk: 1700 Def: 1400

Effect: If there is a face-up Field Magic card active this monster is unaffected by trap cards.

 

Mounted Lancer

Wind/Warrior/4

Atk: 1500 Def: 1300

Effect: You may tribute a Beast, Winged-Beast, or Dragon Type Monster on your side of the field to allow this card to attack your opponent’s life points directly till the end of the turn.

 

Entangling Vine

Dark/Plant/2/Union

Atk: 500 Def: 300

Effect: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a face-up monster on your opponent’s side of the field as an Equip Spell Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster cannot Attack or switch battle positions.

During your standby phase destroy the monster this card is equipped to and special summon this card in face-up Attack position on your side of the field. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. if the monster that this card is equipped to is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

Flip Effect: Special Summon 2 “Forlorn Thorn Tokens” (Plant-Type/Earth/Level 4/ATK 1600/ DEF 2000)

 

Sacrificial Herb

Effect: When this card is used for any kind of tribute it is special summoned to the field from the graveyard during the end phase.

 

Determined Lilia LV3

Earth/Plant/3

Atk: 100 Def: 1200

Effect: If this monster was summoned by the effect of Determined Lilia LV1 it cannot be the target of an attack while there are other Plant-Type Monsters on the Field and if it would be destroyed you may tribute a Plant-Type monster on your side of the field instead. During your Standby Phase, by sending this face-up card to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 " Determined Lilia LV6" from your hand or Deck or graveyard.

 

Rare Plant Gardener

Earth/Spellcaster/3

Atk: 700 Def: 1800

Effect: This card cannot be attacked if other monsters on your side of the field are face-up Plant Type monsters. You may tribute this face-up card to negate a card effect that targets a face-up Plant Type Monster on your side of the field. Once per turn during your Standby Phase increase the ATK of 1 face-up Plant Type Monster on your side of the field by 300.

 

Intruder Plant

Magic

Special Summon 1 “Intruder Plant Tokens” (Plant-Type/Earth/Level 2/ATK 500/ DEF 500) to your opponent’s side of the field in defense mode. When the token is destroyed the controller takes 500 direct Life Point damage.

 

Token Teamwork

Magic/Equip

This card can only be equipped to a Token Monster. Increase the equipped monster’s ATK and DEF by 600 per token on your side of the field.

 

Photosynthesis

Magic/Equip

You must tribute a Light monster to activate this card and it can only be equipped to a Plant Type monster. The equipped monster gains 300 ATK and DEF and cannot be destroyed by card effect as long as this card is equipped.

Chronic Primal Ox

Fire/Beast-Warrior/4

Atk: 1500 Def: 1400

Effect: Every time you or your opponent plays a Field Magic card add 1 spell counter to this card. This card gains 300 ATK for each spell counter on it.

 

Massive Collecting Plant

Dark/Plant/9

Atk: 3000 Def: 2700

Fusion: Collecting Plant + 2 other Plant Type monsters

Once per turn You can Tribute 1 face-up Plant Type monster to have this card gain ATK equal to the Tributed monster's ATK until the End Phase.

 

Death Blossom

Dark/Plant/3

Atk: 1000 Def: 1400

Effect: All Battle Damage to this card's controller that he/she takes from a battle involving this monster becomes 0. Any monster that attacks this card or that this card attacks is destroyed during the End Phase.

Effect: If this monster was summoned by the effect of Determined Lilia LV3 no other Plant Type Monster on your side of the field can be destroyed. Fusion: Wandering Warrior + Protector of Time

As long as this card is face-up, the activation of Field Magic cards cannot be negated. Field Magic cards can only be destroyed by the activation of Field Magic cards. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle you may search your deck for a Field Magic card and add it to your hand.

 

Devourer of Time

Dark/Fiend/9

Atk: 3200 Def: 3000

Effect: Destroy all face-up Field Magic cards on the field as long as this card is on the field. This card can only Attack by removing from play 1 Field Magic card from your graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for every different “Year of the” Field Magic card removed from play.

 

Magical Plant Blossomed

Light/Plant/7

Atk: 2600 Def: 2200

Effect: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of “Magical Plant Seed”. Every time you or your opponent plays a Magic card place 1 spell counter on this card. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each spell counter on it. You may remove 2 spell counters from this card to destroy 1 magic or trap card on the field.

 

Determined Lilly LV10

Earth/Plant/10

Atk: 3300 Def: 3000

Effect: This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effect of “Determined Lilly LV6”. You can only control 1 “Determined Lilly LV10” at a time. No other Plant Type Monster on your side of the field can be the target of an attack or card effect controlled by your opponent. You may tribute this monster to increase the ATK of all Plant-type Monsters on your side of the field by 1000 until your opponent’s end phase. During the end phase of the turn this card is used as a tribute for its effect special summon 1 "Determined Lilly LV1" from your Hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

I was hoping to get my more feedback before replying but oh well.

 

Telling me my names are cheesy doesn't really help much. Do you have better suggestions? I never call them Spell cards. I hate that name. I liked it when they were called Magic cards better so I keep that interchangable name in my sets. If it is really that big of a deal I can change but I really prefer not to.

 

You didn't say a single thing about any individual CARD in my set. Just gave me two vague negative comments. So I was tempted to give you a negative rep but youi are also the only person to comment so I'll just ignore everything.
