God GAK
I once dueled a guy who was using a modified monarch deck. -->He summons Banisher of the Radiance and ends his turn.-->I draw. I have 2 CB's in my S/T zone.-->I play Rare Value. I ask him to choose a CB to send to the grave-->He tells me that i cannot do that. I need help! Is that true? Balvarine
No it isn't true.Your monster is removed from play instead going to Graveyard because the effect of banisher of radiance tells that monster that is sent to the graveyard is removed from play INSTEAD(so it's specially designates that it is instead of going to grave,it is removed from play.So remove from play your sent CB monster instead of sending it to the graveyard. If your friend really said then try to teach him how to read(no offense). Orochi
If "Macro Cosmos" or "Banisher of the Radiance" is on the field, you can still activate "Rare Value", but since the "Crystal Beast" card is not sent to the Graveyard you do NOT draw 2 cards
Jerry OldMaster
^ trust that. Orochi didn't give false information even once :P
