Guidelines are simple for this one; create and submit a Synchro Monster that is either a Beast-Warrior, Aqua, Fish, Rock or Insect-Type. You may also include any support cards such as Tuner Monsters.

This card cannot be selected as an attack target if you control anoher WATER monster. If "Umi" is on the field, Level 3 or lower WATER monsters you control can attack your opponent directly during each of your Battle Phases. If this card is removed from the field, it is sent to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a card effect that would remove it from play or return it to your hand or Deck, draw 1 card.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, select up to 2 monsters on the field. The selected monsters cannot declare an attack or change their battle position until your next turn and theirs effects are negated. Once per turn, you can remove from play 3 WATER monsters from your hand to Put 3 Ice Counters on every monster your opponent controls. This card gains 200 ATK of this card in 200 for each Ice Counter on the field.
